Reviewing for the pharmacy - WINNIE was super kind and helped me fight insurance to bring the cost of my prescription down when I needed the prescription the same day. Thank you Winnie for being a great human!

This situation happened from 5 mins ago I order a photo to be printer online it say will be ready by 1.30 and when I called 2 PM asking if this ready or not he said 30 mins and will be ready at 2.30 I called he said it’s ready to pickup
I went to the store to pickup he said to me sorry (I lied on you I did not printed and will printed it now. That was soo cheap customer service I would respect him if he said I did not printed and will do in specific time.

The employees at this store are always friendly and helpful to me. The pharmacy employees are working in a tight space, but they are always kind. Pharmacy manager Mona and floor manager Shirley work non-stop and are always professional.

I have gone to CVS for my prescription twice and they are always closed. How come if it’s a pharmacy they closed so early. I came out from the doctor at 6pm and go to pick it up and hour later and it’s closed. This is so bad. You need the prescription because in this case you are sick want to get better. In this case the prescription is for a baby.

They put me on hold for nearly half an hour after they called me multiple times over the weekend, and when I called them back they had no idea what I was calling about and asked a bunch of questions I didn't know how to answer. Idk what YOU were calling ME about; I'm just calling you back to find out what was so urgent. Also gave wrong information about things, are not on a regular or correct schedule (take 4 months to refill prescriptions that are supposed to be filled every 3 months), and close at 6. Update: I was on hold for 36 minutes before I finally hung up.

This pharmacy is crap, they never answer phone, lie about availability. Staff is ignorant at best. I hope Noone goes there, walmart is way more helpful

Out of all the Cvs locations I have been to, Ms. Shirely stood out as the most impolite woman. She lacks the skill to communicate effectively and responded to everything I said in a manner that worsened my morning. I hope I don’t have to see her ever again.

worst staff, and true service is consistently BAD. the prescription abd the pharmacy is a mess. they don't have their act together, constantly messing up orders.
