This company has been horrible to deal with. We purchased 2 screens and they were installed within a month. Within a few months both screens came off their tracks and needed to be fixed. After numerous calls, they came and picked them up. That was 2 years ago and we still haven't seen our screens returned. We have called many times and get excuses, or promises it would be taken care of, and nothing happens. We have been told numerous times it would be taken care of. Stay away from this company.

I love the product, but dealing with this company has been arduous!!! Of the 3 screens we had installed 1 is incorrect. Getting them to rectify this has been insane. We have to initiate all communications, after 4 months, not sure this was worth the effort!!!

This company has been horrible to deal with. We bought 2 screens about 2-1/2 years ago. Within 6 months both were out of the track and not useable. They came and got the screens to repair almost 2 years ago (9/20) and we have not seen them since. We have emailed and called regularly , and can't get any answers. We have asked for a refund, and no answer. We still do not have screens on our doors. I do not recommend at all, find another supplier.

When I decided to install a retractable awning, I got 2 bids and David Fikre from Clearview was very responsive. The prices were comparable and I decided to go with Clearview because he seemed to be the more "buttoned up". I was happy with the awning with one major exception. He did not run the power cord behind the slate siding and it looked awful. Fortunately, I was able to get the installer for the other company - Shout out to Scott Peterson of Awnings and More - to rectify this.The second problem with Clearview was that once they got paid, they went MIA. I've been calling them pretty much every day to discuss an issue and they never call me back. One day, David accidentally answered my call and said he was on the floor of a trade show and thought it was his wife. He promised to call me back. Surprise, surprise, he never did. I love my awning now, but really can't recommend Clearview. And, I still have the issue I was calling David about which I guess will never be resolved. Check out Scott; he's awesome!

Initially was impressed, and really liked the product. The prices were a bit high, but not unreasonable. However after receiving our initial deposit, the companies delays were just untenable. We understand they were manufacturing concerns surrounding Covid but even taking this into account month after month we were given one excuse or the other. It’s been almost a year now without a screen installation that we requested, and another screen not working correctly. Also multiple calls and emails over the span of months have gone unanswered. I would recommend going with another company.

Initially we really liked the product. The price point was a bit high but not completely unreasonable. However after receiving our initial deposit, Clearview had delay after delays, with one excuse after another. We understood Covid and manufacturing delays but there have been no responses now to our emails or phone calls. One screen we are waiting for hasn't arrived and it's been about a year and another one doesn't work. I understand that there are supply chain issues but returning A phone call and fixing a broken screen under warranty should be easy. I would definitely recommend going with someone else.
