I acknowledged and wished her a beautiful week ahead.Just before I hung up she mentioned about my car and asked if I am looking to refinance. I said not really but what do you have to offer. Long story short being a professional she mentioned about the special promo they have on their rates. I filled in the application and got approved.The moral of the story is had Ms. Geeta Shetty not asked me that question and done the follow through she did, I would not have thought about that for months as that was not on my agenda.
