About a year and a half ago I came to aspen jewelry design to find the perfect engagement ring, for my now fiancé. Their five star review brought me in and they certainly did not disappoint. Mike helped me find the perfect ring for her then and just helped us get both our wedding bands. He is very polite, personable, and really wants to help find the BEST piece of jewelry for you. We drive over an hour to come here for this amazing service and will continue to do so for future jewelry needs!

Wife and I came in to get her wedding ring and engagement ring soldered together. Megan helped us out and not only are the prices fair, they were able to do it within a few hours the same day. Lastly we noticed the ring was even cleaned for us so came out looking very sparkly. Highly recommend this place, great experience and service.

Aspen Jewelers is the real deal. Came here to get a custom engagement ring created. Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From start to finish they were transparent and the process was as simple as it could get. Highly recommend.

After my (new ?) fiancé told me about his great experience with Michael I knew i wanted to keep my business here. I stopped by to gander at the options for his wedding band with an idea in mind. I was greeted warmly AND immediately offered a ring cleaning for free when he noticed my new gorgeous piece. They knew exactly how to execute this idea i had and make it a reality ! I could tell he knew i was eager but wanted us to have the best outcome possible. If you are looking for good quality pieces and service - then you can’t go wrong here. 10/10

My husband and I walked into the jewelry store and we were greeted right away and asked how we could be helped. That was very impressive as you are lucky to get a greeting when you walk into businesses. The work was done right away (as we only needed watch batteries replaced) and the rest of our time was spent being educated on the beautiful jewelry and talking with Mike who made us feel like we had known him forever! I would highly recommend Aspen Jewelry Designs. You will be most satisfied and get excellent service.

Bought an engagement ring here recently. We worked with Mike, he was great. Gave us all the information we could possibly need to make the right decision, and I felt no pressure at all. A great experience overall and I'm sure we'll be back for our wedding rings!

Was sent here by my older brother who had purchased his engagement ring here. Mike was phenomenal is assisting me through the process and guiding me to a perfect ring. I had every say in the creation of the ring, constant communication and always worked in my best interest to find the best for my budget. Worked with Mike, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, he didn't push me or pressure me to purchase a certain item for an engagement ring, like lots of other big brand/chain jewelers. I went about three or four times just to look and learn more about what I wanted to buy, before making a decision, and Mike helped me the whole way. I ended up buying an engagement ring from here as the customer service and authenticity of the business was great. When they didn't have something I wanted to see, they got it shipped in ASAP and contacted me to come in to see it. I referred him to a family friend who also started going and purchased a ring there. FYI, they have a lot of great lab diamond options as well as earth grown. See myself recommending and going back here for future jewelry services or purchases.

My fiancé and I have had a wonderful experience at Aspen Jewelry. Mike worked with my fiancé to buy an engagement ring that I love! Since buying it, we’ve been back a few times for cleaning, re-sizing, and choosing wedding bands. Each time we come in, Mike and all those working welcome us in with great hospitality. A wonderful experience with Aspen Jewelry Designs! My family has been shopping at Aspen for years and when I wanted an engagement ring for my college love (albeit 33 years later), Michael Estrada was the man for the job! My ask was to be able to use the diamond from my fiancés’ mother’s engagement ring in the new setting. Mike listened intently and easily had options to personalize the experience and make the ring unique. The ring is perfect - the setting, the diamonds, the cuts and the brilliance, better than I could ever have imagined. And then the service - in this era of mediocre customer service that we all experience daily - Mike Estrada renewed my faith in exceptional personalized service and more than delivered!
