They were courteous, informative, and highly skilled with our many flooring power outlets, heat/A/C registers and step-down CUT-OUTS, and the required seam sealing for this large area remains absolutely invisible! “This is my go-to home depot. The staff is very helpful and the store itself is very well maintained. I highly recommend getting the app to find item locations to save on them.
I mainly come in for lumber and 5gal water refills and they are always well stocked.
I also prefer the layout of this store compared to others, such as the Fairfax or Leesburg locations.
Their are 4 self check out lanes and physical credit card is required.”

Originally, we were very upset because appliances these days are so expensive. Steve could not have handled things better. He personally delivered a new door and even worked with us on price. It is easy to give a good review when everything goes to plan. It means even more when a store does the right thing by a customer. Four stars.”
“I ordered the following item:Numatic Henry, James, Hetty, Harry Vacuum Cleaner Filter 37102, 604165Turns out it didn't fit my henry cordless model. The filter I ordered is 12" but my vacuum supports 11". Honest mistake on my part. I reached out twice to their support via email and never got a response but they called me recently to ask I mail back the part for a refund and they'll look into the model I need. Key is to call and not email. Thank you!”

“These guys treated me really well, I thought that I needed a fan motor but didn’t, and even tho it was A nonreturnable part as I didn’t have an account, they still allowed my return without making it a big deal. “I have to be honest it’s been a minute since I visited Best Buy but they exceeded all of my expectations! I highly recommend them.
Only after 4 years my dryer wouldn’t run. Tried to fix it and that only lasted 3 months. So I had to buy a set (stackable) from Lowe’s online. They were not helpful so after 5 calls trying to sort out my delivery I finally just canceled. I then went to Home Depot. Again mot helpful. The store manager was very young and didn’t even try to help me.
So I went to Best Buy in Sterling. The sales rep didn’t understand what I was asking so he got one of the managers who were extremely helpful and got me sorted out.
I can’t say enough about Alec (sales rep) and Jose Nolasco (sales manager). Give them a raise and make sure they stay at Best Buy!”

“I visited here to rent a larger tool that's not available at other, closer, Home Depots and Ryan went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best experience possible. He recommended considering a box truck with a built in, less steep ramp to take the 350+ lb tool rather than the pickup and detachable ramp with a much steeper incline that I had originally reserved. When he showed me the difference he was absolutely right and it made things so much easier on me when loading and unloading. Then he showed me how to secure it in the truck, educated me on how it worked, and got me on my way while making sure I had everything I needed. All while assisting his coworkers and a computer down. When I returned the machine and truck later the employees were surprised I'd been able to handle it so easily and I put that down to Ryan preparing me when he so easily could have just waved me on my way. I would absolutely rent from here again, especially with Ryan at the desk.”
“I visited three different stores since Sunday and the customer service was nonexistent. I finally decided to try one more store and when I tell you I hit the jackpot with customer service, I'm not exaggerating. I have a hard time making decisions. I met Mark in flooring and he showed me the tile section. I needed tiles for my bathroom floor, wall, and backsplash. He walked me through the pros and cons, made recommendations, and helped me spend $1200. I was so relieved to have professional help. He was very knowledgeable about the products and professional. This man went above and beyond to assist to the very end. He loaded my car and ensured I had all the additional items I needed. I have never felt this happy about shopping ever! If you need tile, want a nice selection, and desire exceptional customer service, ask for Mark in flooring!!”

“Very patient staff in the garden center. I forgot my wallet and had to use Taft to pay which I haven't used many times. Took me quite a while after some declines in payment but the register associate was very patient.
Great availability of products also when you go online it maps too availability.”
