I enjoy having a pet friendly community. I feel very secure and safe. The location is ideal and i enjoy my time here so far.”
“30 days in and so far I love it. I knew what I needed, I signed for what I needed. I’m paying for what I needed. I have no major complains. Walking distance from the metro, my car is in a garage, pool that I can see when I walk out of the apartment, 24 hour gym, quiet neighborhood, the preventive maintenance request that I put in right after I moved in was fix within 24 hours, the leasing agents are very helpful an email or phone call away.My only issue will be my upstairs neighbor, it sounds like the kid likes to run and have fun. But I choose this unit knowing that there was a floor above me.”

“Lived at the Mark since the summer of 2023. I’d say it’s an excellent place to call home if you need an apartment. The staff is friendly and responsive to my wife and I’s needs and any maintenance issue is resolved very quickly. The amenities are above average (pool and a good gym) and most importantly the building and surrounding are very safe. Having the silver line of the metro so close and covered parking are excellent as well. My one complaint would be the lack of lockout services but that only affects you if you’re a bit of a dummy (like me) and lock yourself out. Overall I’ve been far more satisfied with this complex (most of all the management) than any other apartment complex I have lived at. Happy to call the Mark home.”
“This apartment has been the best apartment I have been to. They provide the best service and host many events that have been a huge success. I would totally recommend living here. Very peaceful place and the houses look very pretty. They have amenities like the pool, clubhouse, gym and much more. 100% would recommend living here. Rent is very affordable too.”

“I worked there for a little over three years, everyone in the office and through maintenance were all great people. Of course there were times when you had to deal with something negative whether it was from an issue in the office, in an apartment and yes, I did have to notify Herndon Police to remove homeless people from the property but all in all, a very nice place. The kids had a playground and a soccer field and if my memory serves me correctly, there were charcoal pits for barbecues. If I was still living in Virginia, I'd still be there.”
