Despite saying it’s 24/7 on the 7-Eleven website and on Google Maps, this place is often closed all night. Also, the guy in the glasses and turban who works the night shift is very rude and yells a bunch of expletives at customers

Corporate needs to investigate this store. First of all the staff are not doing their job. I used the restroom here and the restroom was extremely disgusting. You will regularly see refrigerated items over a week past their expiration date. I’ve seen the same empty boxes on the shelves for 3 months now.Which leads me to my next point. The reason why inventory isn’t being checked and expired food is all over the place. Is because the guy who works night shift. “Drives a black Honda”. Puts a sign up that says store closed from 11pm to 4am. EVERY NIGHT. I work night shift around this area so I stop here 5 times a week. No wonder why the bakery items are several days old, expired items all over the place and just a generally dirty store. The guy on night shift is literally sleeping 5/8 of his shift away rather than doing store maintenance. They will know exactly who is writing this review. Since they saw me every day. But I start a new job soon so I have no problem ratting them out now that I won’t ever go here again.

for some reason every time I come to this 7-Eleven at this time when this certain employee is here only this employee mind you in a black Honda Accord with tinted windows that works the night shift when it gets around 11:40 p.m. he puts a store closed sign on the door written in pen on a blank piece of paper and locks the door so he can get some more sleep rather than just doing his job to keep himself awake. since he doesn't want to work the night shift obviously he needs to change his shifts or find a different job it is annoying having to drive miles down the road to another 7-Eleven because he doesn't want to do his job.

I would give this 7-11 zero stars if possible, this is the least “convenient” store I have ever been too. Besides bad customer service I experienced today. The stock for items is just as bad. The employees have no common sense. Don’t expect much from 7-11 when it comes to anything but my experience was horrid. I tried to purchase a vise alto pack, had my ID of course. My Id wouldn’t scan because I work construction which most people who go to 7-11 early am work construction. My ID wouldn’t scan because I believe it was a little dirty. The employee only attempted to scan it twice. Didn’t bother to wipe it off like I suggested and offered to do. Then he grabbed a stack of miscellaneous ids from behind the counter and scanned one. His manager saw this and stopped it immediately then told me that if it didn’t scan then I can’t purchase. I have NEVER had this problem before with my license. I then tried to wipe it off but he raised his voice and told me it’s the law if it can’t scan then no purchase. I understand that but give me a chance to WIPE IT OFF AT LEAST. My ID CLEARLY STATED I WAS 24 years old. I understand if it’s the law but at least have some decent customer service. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I’ve been multiple times but this will definitely be the last. If you have a option to go somewhere, please do.

I am literally stopping by all the stores to see if they have fresh food or not this is the most disgusting 7-Eleven I have ever been into the food was beyond old when I asked the employee to please make me fresh food once again a staff member refused told me that it was pizza inside of the case look at this pizza that they were serving to people in our community.

I like this store, but the 24 hour label is misleading on here since it's currently closed. I'm not bashing the store, but simply suggesting an edit. Thanks.

2/15/21 On 2/10/22 I stopped by this 7 Eleven to celebrate keeping my job. One bad call can cost you everything. Luckily, things seemed to work in my favor and I was given a second chance. Walking into this store things seemed shinny, bright and clean. Leys not forget well organized and stocked. This wasn't all up in my head. The employee on duty, greeted me with a warm smile and it set the tone. I thought about getting the orange fruit drink, but thought better of it. I ended up buying my wife a phone charger and cord for her job. This felt better than buying junk food. I did notice a new coffee section for those serious coffee drinkers being set up. Yes, the coffee section is getting bigger, but the one great hot drink for me at a 7 Eleven is Hot Chocolate. I did not buy any hot chocolate this time, but I might do it later on next week. This 7 Eleven is great. It will be my store if choice when coming back from Sterling Virginia. It is an out of the way place so hobos and stumblebums won't be hanging around waiting for you to give them money. Time will tell if my statement remains true.

Guy named Aslam grabbed my phone without my permission to scan the rewards, and returned it to me with stains. Absolutely gross and rude. Replace the staff with kiosks.

Food prepped without masks, masks quickly pulled on to cash out customers. The nametag "Gill" seems to be shared.Response to owner's response: I did contact you at the time by phone and passed along all this information! Thanks!
