Service was awesome at the 1111 Elden Street 7-Eleven! I don’t know why there are such bad reviews. The male cashier welcomed me when I entered. When I was paying for my drink, he said “hi how are you” and asked me about my day. There was a 8-year-old child behind me in line, she was buying pizza, candy and a drink. I offered to buy her stuff. I bought her stuff, the cashier said “good man” and shook my hand. He called me an angel. I received some affection from the 8-year-old for buying her stuff, which completely made my day!! I talked to the child’s parents outside while they were seated in their car. They thanked me multiple times. The only slightly negative thing I can say is there was some older white dude (older, maybe 50 or 60 with long white hair) asking for money in the parking lot. He got aggressive when I told him I didn’t have anything. Told me “You know you got a little money, you liar”!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any 7-11. When I tried to enter the store around 3am the door was locked although the hours posted online stated 24 hours. I knocked on the window & the cashier told me that they open at 4am. I called the inside of the store to try & reason with him but as soon as he realized I was the person outside that he REFUSED SERVICE TO he proceeded to tell me that he spoke no English. I find this very troubling considering there’s rules on the entrance door stating that the doors are to remain unlocked at all times during business hours. 24 HOURS MEANS 24 HOURS! Not when they feel like running the store. He opens the door at 3:53am speaking English as clear as day. Mr. Tirlok was extremely rude & quite frankly childish. When I asked for his name after keeping me waiting out in the cold for almost an hour he proceeded to take his name tag off & spoke a different language. I would not recommend anybody go to this store because it lacks convenience & solidarity.

The cashier who was working there was so arrogant. He Started talking back to me in a rude manner when I wanted to pay using 7/11 wallet just because he was incompetent at using the register. I held my calm as he seemed very ignorant.Thankfully the manager decided to come out and help him out... But please avoid this location like the plague, the workers are just arrogant and pretend they are smarter than the customers. Also the manager should try teaching his workers some manners and train them on using the register. Cuz if they hold on to that guy like that i'm sure the place will be closing down soon.

I try to buy coffee with my rewards point but the pakistani Guys infront of the counter . He refuse to scan and he says you cannot use rewards point today . If I cant use rewards points then for what purpose 7-11 has made this app ? I have seen lot of time they don’t wanna scan customer 7-11 app Barcode . If they scan they will remove it quickly with out customer 711 barcode (Rewards) . I will never vist this store for the life time again..These people are cheeting with 7-11 policy . Customer will never be happy with this kind of behaviour. Thanks to this store..

Thieves. Don't patronize any of the 7-Elevens inside of town of Herndon they will steal from you.*Update*to answer your question 711 your cashiers typically hit buttons when I punch my phone number in which disables my ability to use coupons I bought two packs of cigarettes today and there was no dollar off for the two packs which is false because that's the first time I've ever experienced that I've dealt with price switching in your hand in store and when I called him on it he called me the n word I called your corporate office about it they never did anything. I'm sure if I sat back and really thought about it I could think of all the times that the 7-Eleven stores in Herndon have stolen from me or done something that was morally unjust. You probably don't want me to sit and reminisce though.

The location is just near a petrol station so I stopped by. The ladies were polite at the counter. Basic amenities available.

I went here one time, and I will never go back. There are dozens of men standing around outside. It's an icky feeling to have men watching you come and go from the store. No thanks! I will and do go elsewhere!

Theres nothing convenient about this convenience store. My wife didnt even want to get out of the car because of more than 15 men who are loitering the property. Stay away from this place unless youre a guy looking for beer and cigarrettes.
