Horrible experience. There was this older woman named sara that completely ruined my experience. she was the only one in the store, unfortunately, so no other workers were able to help me. she was so so so rude, she was pushy, she would hover, pretending to fix things wherever me and my girlfriend moved in the store. she would just chew her gum incredibly annoying and be super passive aggressive to us the whole time. She even insulted my girlfriend for not wanting to buy a dress that was ugly and called her broke. I've worked in retail all my life and I can truly say that I am embarrassed at the staff that runs this place. If you're visiting, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

I recently visited this store and Sarah was awesome, with a heavy emphasis on awesome. I adore people who are genuine and uplift others. She actually helped me solidify my style after life, has been lifing like it does to us all. I lost my style for a bit, and oddly she affirmed me, yet only meeting myself for a brief moment in time. Sarah also assisted me with feeling confident as a woman of a certain age that I can still have fun with my clothing choices unapologetically. Thank you Sarah for being a light and going above with your customer service! I know someone commented on the quality, but as a person who has luxury items, the quality is actually great as well as the price point. The clothes were well made and really highlighted my curvier body in a sexy way. I love how the clothes made me feel and the majority of items I tried on and bought were very comfortable.

Had the best shopping experience 10/16. All the staff there were so polite and helpful. I left with some wonderful clothes that I can’t wait to wear this season. I’ll definitely be best dressed wherever I go!

I went there Monday 9/16 around 6pm found a birthday dress and shoes to match and a birthday crown to were on my birthday just to get to the cashier the total was 104.03 I wanted to pay in cash she said no cash payments only card said she didn’t have enough money so I had 103.04 she said no so I left without any thing if that’s the case if I had 105.04 I would’ve let Windsor keep the dollar since she claim she didn’t have money but I had 103.04 and she still told me no

Super sweet and friendly associates! Store is clean and wonderful selection of special occasion dresses for reasonable price. Not the best quality but can not beat the price and service!

One of the employees, I remember her name being Kyla or something, helped my sister and I with finding the perfect outfit for her to wear for her wedding anniversary. She was so kind and patient with us, and we really do appreciate that. She absolutely loved the positive energy in that place and will most definitely return to shop there.
