Stellar service. Definitely my go to when I need a tow in Richmond. Very personable on phone and talk to people like real people with feelings! I called around tow places for pricing before and when I made it clear I would continue calling around they began being very short with me on phone and hang up. Not this group ! I called for pricing and he told me on phone feel free to call us back. I sure did and didn’t regret it. He got my vehicle towed in a couple hours as promised. Sent me updates through text message and gave me a call once it’s done. Everyone needs a good mechanic , plumber , hair person etc. I’m glad I can check off having a good tow guy on my list !

I was waiting outside in a hot parking lot on a 98 degree and I was incredibly grateful when the driver arrived earlier than I was told to expect. He was very friendly, and gave me some advice about my vehicle’s issues. Most importantly, Steven is an experienced tow truck driver and I trusted him to take good care of my car. If you’ve ever watched someone do a sloppy job of pulling your car out of a ditch, or just ended up with a nervous newbie you understand the importance of this. I greatly appreciate White’s Towing for their assistance today.

The best company ever! Fast, knowledgeable and efficient! My driver Steven was so kind and helpful and even took the time to make sure I could safely lock my doors and leave the keys at the shop where my truck was dropped off, before he left. I absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.

An amazing company and amazing people to have the honor of working with. Although the original circumstance that introduced me to White’s Towing was not one of my choosing or one I had imagined, from the start, I have nothing but positive things to say. You are treated thoughtfully, respectfully, fairly and like family or a close friend. It was nice to deal with someone you feel comfortable with and a fellow veteran. Mr. White made it a point to keep in contact to share any updates he may receive and valuable input to help one through crisis situations. I can’t say enough positive things about White’s Towing and the way they interact with people in some of the lowest situations. I’m thankful White’s Towing was called to the scene of the accident I was a victim of and highly recommended them for any of your towing needs and would not hesitate to use them if the occasion arises in the future.
