The store replaced my iphone 8 battery in less than an hour for $75. The location convenient and the services quick, so I decided to pay $25 more than the Apple store charges for the same service. Other than having a battery that drained quickly, the phone worked perfectly. I picked up my phone and immediately noticed the home button was glitching. I brought the phone right back in the store and the technician took look. He could not figure out what was wrong and said replacing the battery should not impact the function of the home button. The button was functioning properly before and was noted as functioning without issue on the store's intake form (so clearly something during the repair caused a problem with the home button).I now have to decide whether to sink more money into this repairing phone or replacing it. While the staff was friendly and the services quick, I wish I had just saved money (and ultimately time) by going to the Apple store and having them replace the battery. I'm now out $75 and have a phone that is much worse off than when I brought it into the store. For iphone services I recommend skipping this place and going straight to the Apple store even if you are in for a longer wait.

Drop my ipad off to have screen replace. Person who help me didnt know what he was doing. Finally after guess at everything he told me it would be done by tomorrow at 1. Next day i get a phone call telling me the person who was suppose to do the work didnt come in today that it would be tomorrow before it would be done. So it tomorrow and I miss a phone call so I called back an got a rude person named Christian. I asked to check to see what the status of my iPad was and he tells me to check my voicemail. I tell him I didnt get a voicemail. He then tells me he hear the person leave me a voicemail. Then tells me to call be when the person gets back for lunch in 30 mins. Got to say great customer service.

First of all, I did not get any updates or call from the staff whether my phone was ready to pick up or not given the ETA time was at 4 PM. I called the store around pm for an updated and the person on the call notified me that it was fixed. I didn't not hear him well first time thus I asked him again whether the phone was ready or not then he replied in very annoyed tone that it is readyyyyy.

Came in to get the battery replaced in my iPhone 6, and the lightning port due to some charging issues. Rather than sell me parts and work that I didn’t need, they took a look and cleaned out the charging port for me. Turns out, my charging port just had pocket lint impacted, which they cleaned free of charge. Got my battery replaced, and my phone is back to being good as new! Definitely would recommend these guys for your phone repair needs...

I had the battery replaced on my 5-year-old iPhone 5s. The staff (Alex) was extremely efficient and friendly. He tested my phone and performed the work in under 45 minutes total. And the store gave me a $10-off discount because I used the Internet and telephone call to schedule the work. I am extremely pleased with the work performed and the staff - including 2 other gentlemen who interacted with me - at this store in Richmond on West Broad St. near Sam's Club.

Technicians were very helpful. They gave suggestions on how to preserve battery life for my phone. They also told me about certain apps that drain the battery by constantly running and updating in the background. I’ve purchased other types of batteries from the store in the past. They always have what I need. Thank you!

Had a very positive experience. I Phone battery died. Went in right when the store opened and was out with a new battery and fully charged phone in 40 minutes. The employees were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend them.

If you book an apt online you get $10 off the repair. They fixed my iPhone screen within an hour and they're open early on Sunday which was a plus for me since I have a busy schedule. My total to fix my iPhone 6s screen with the online coupon was only $105! Best price in the city. Also they don't make you show the coupon or hassle you about it which is nice. Overall good, friendly experience!

Not only did I get awesome service but it was cheaper than other places around town and they had my part in stock(I was quoted 5-7 business days by another shop just to order the part.) The repair took less than an hour and the gentleman was super helpful. I even heard him giving good, honest advice to other customers instead of trying to sell them things they didn't need I would definitely go here again.
