The employees here literally empty the package dropbox maybe once every 3 to 6 months swear on my life… I can’t even begin to count how many times I have gone out of my way to drop off a package and get there only for the dropbox to not be able to be opened. You would think somebody would empty the dropbox, but I guess not. Moving to self service kiosks but once you get your label, you can’t even drop it off… Make it make sense!

The service attitude of one lady was terrible. Her name was Taylor. I felt very disrespectful and had no manners. I felt like I wasn't talking to a staff member but a person with no manners.

They canceled my passport appointment THE DAY OF, I missed the phone call because I was making breakfast and when I called back, they picked you the phone and immediately hung up again. I have called 6 times and they refused to answer me either letting it ring or picking it up and immediately hanging up on me.

Zero customer service, can't get someone on the phone or via an online form. Packages in my complex are saying delivered and not being delivered. Mail didn't even show up yesterday. If you can't read a label and put it in the corresponding box, this job isn't for you. I'm tired of having my personal contact information at risk bc someone is either stealing or misdelivered my mail. Do Better Henrico.

I had medications to be delivered. I was unable to sign for them. The mail carrier left a pink slip in my mailbox. I schedule a re-delivery for the next day. I get a confirmation email with confirmation number and everything.
Wait around ALL day for the mail carrier only for her to say “you have to go to the post office for it” and I say “but I have a confirmation email right here that YOU would re-deliver it TODAY”. Her reply “well no one gave me anything. I will bring it tomorrow”.
I wait around ALL DAY today for my medications. The mail carrier arrives at 6:20pm and it’s a different person. I say “you have a re-delivery package for me” and he says “no one gave me anything”.
I swear to all the Gods above that if my cat dies because of the ignorant negligence of this post office, I will sue every single chain of command personally.

I've been running business through this postal office for sometime and never had any issues. Asked employees and staff for help and they were very kind and helpful!

Very disappointed and disrespectful employee named Sheldon, was yelling for no reason, came to pickup my package, and he said I won’t go look for it for some reason, I’m very upset and they need to be trained.

T. Taylor, a customer service representative, initially exhibited a superior demeanor, hindering my ability to receive assistance. However, my husband was able to retrieve my returned package from another employee, highlighting her mendacity. No apology was extended.
