They don’t have enough packaging material, so please don’t visit the store just having the manila papers not the padded. Pakaging for important documents they don’t have.

I’m, the UPS customer for more than 15 years and today I received a bad customer service by their agent name Kayla and she was charging $10 to tape the UPS return box, I went to the other UPS store and they took it and return the UPS box.For one strip of tape $10 is unacceptable.

Just went in and used this fancy new kiosk they got! It made my returns easy and had simple to follow instructions on the screen! It was a real time saver!

I had a package sent out for next day delivery, the following morning I got a text message saying it was undeliverable. After doing some checking with a guy at the store we determined that everything was fine. Three days later this woman calls to talk with me and I tell her that obviously they had been hacked. "Oh no it's happening to everybody, Amazon and other places, they hacked your phone" The simple fact is they had my cell and knew I had sent through UPS because my phone didn't. She says I guess they were lucky, so lucky they knew I used UPS and sent the message on the one day they could.

It was a harrasing experience which me and my family had to go through at this store. We went for notary service. This store asked $10 for a page. When we contested that it is against Virgina law, they accused us, and started shouting and asked us to go out from the store. This can be no way acceptable. First they are not following the law and secondly ill-treating the people. This is reprehensile.I request UPS store management to take cognizance of the matter and act it.

Not sure why there are so many poor reviews for this store. I’ve been here several times and have always had a fine experience. I just left after dropping off a box to be returned to Chegg and it took me approximately 2 minutes! The staff member who I spoke to offered to tape my box for me, printed my receipt and I was on my way.
