“Actually had my first personal dealings with Hyltons recently though I have been recommending them for decades. They have always been great with my customers and were no different with me. Gave me several options for a transmission. After finding out that my engine was also an issue because of low compression we opted to try to "patch" the transmission until we could buy another vehicle. “If you need an honest mechanic in town, you need to call Mr. Kweleme. My vehicle wasn't feeling the same after it was serviced. I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!”

What I like most is the professionalism; he picks up the phone, gives you his cell, sends pictures + videos of the problem, and completes the work at the time promised. “I was going to do the review earlier but my phone was acting up. I went there today because my friend Gladys and Todd Klevgard recommended this place to me because her husband Todd's friend I guess is the owner or something. Don't quote me on that but I know that they know him.. I went there and I was expecting to pay a lot but it was not a lot I actually got a coupon discount from the gentleman at the counter and because it was my first time there I guess anyway. The guy was very very friendly and the rest of the guys in the shop they were all liked posing for the pictures that I was taking for the review. Quite an interactive team. But that's what good customer service is all about treating people like their family. And I just want to thank you all for making my experience with your business a good one and you made my day just a little bit better. It's kind of far away from where I live so unless I'm near my friend gladys's house I may not come back but I highly recommend your business to other people whether they're local or they're just driving through and need an oil change or some wipers or whatever.
