I had a dress appointment here, and I had the best experience. Paige was my stylist, and she was so amazing. She was so helpful and attentive to my needs. She knew she perfect dresses for me to try on, and she made it such a fun day. I would highly recommend coming here to find your wedding dress, the customer service was extraordinary!

Paige was so helpful! I didn’t have a very concrete idea of what I wanted and she did a great job pulling different styles based on what I did like. She helped me narrow down when I started to feel overwhelmed by all the dresses and kept me laughing the whole time. Great selection of dresses and sizes as well!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Originally I went to a bridal store downtown but they had just moved and their selection was not fully stocked. They recommended that I go to Tiffany’s and check out their “underground” selection. We didn’t have an appointment and I had all of my bridesmaids and we just went hoping to quickly browse because we had an appointment at a well known bridal retailer. The girls were very polite and Sharon who I later realized was the owner generously made time for us and listen to every detail of what I was looking for. She encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try different styles. She educated me on fit, alterations and more.
One of the 6 dresses was the one. I went to the other appointment at the other retailer and come to find out they booked me for the wrong appointment and wrong time and didn’t have any dresses in my size. Immediately we left and called Sharon back. She made time to stay a few minutes late for me to come back and get the dress. The level of detail and customer service was a breath of fresh air. I went in being nervous and stepping in the unknown and left at peace, happy and educated so I am confident my Wedding day dress will be just perfect. Thank you so much Sharon! Being a business owner myself too, I appreciate your level of care, generosity and customer service. You have earned me as a customer for life!

I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Tiffanys! They had a large selection of dresses and the staff is great! The wedding gown I ended up with was one that the stylist had selected based on different bits and pieces I liked of other dresses and it was absolutely perfect! From scheduling the appointment to picking up my dress, everything was a breeze.

Sharon and her team at Tiffany’s has helped us many times over 12 years! They are knowledgeable, helpful, patient, personable, organized, and wonderful to work with. And they have a beautiful selection of gowns and dresses for everyone in the wedding party. They’ve found the perfect bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, and mother of the bride dresses for us. Sharon personally helped us select the perfect shade of blush for a venue in 2023. We were being very particular in our choice and I visited the shop on numerous occasions. They were gracious and gave wonderful advice! The blush tone chosen was the perfect one!
I highly recommend Sharon and her team at Tiffany’s! They are warm and caring and genuinely want each client to find the perfect dress!

Sharon and her staff are great!! Extremely knowledgeable!! They made my experience very smooth and easy. They helped me pick the perfect dress for my wedding day. Sharon took the time to help me find the right one!! Highly recommend brides to go to Tiffany’s Bridal to pick your wedding dress!! Can’t wait to go back to get bridesmaids dresses!

As the mother of a future bride, I cannot express the ease in my daughter selecting her wedding dress. Sharon and her entire staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind, understanding which made this experience a memory we won’t forget. There was NO stress as Tiffany’s Bridal knows this field very well, they were honest with my daughter about any dresses that were not the best fit for her. Thank you. Sharon and the staff for all of your help, this will allow us to now put our energies on other things for planning my daughter’s wedding.

Lauren was so welcoming and helpful our entire appointment. She paid attention to my wants while also considering what would look best on my body when picking dresses for me. She went above and beyond and didn’t make make me feel like I was rushed at all! It was such a refreshing experience after hearing that wedding dress shopping is supposed to be stressful! I had two separate appointments with Tiffany’s and she made sure for both that I didn’t have to wait for anything! She was so attentive even down to the measurements, I could tell she really cared about me looking and FEELING my best on wedding day! Everyone needs a Lauren ?

I had the BEST experience at Tiffany’s Bridal today. It was my second store of the day and it should’ve been my first! We called and they got me right in there schedule. Jol assisted us and was fabulous. The second dress she picked out for me was the one! Thank you thank you to everyone at Tiffany Bridal for a great experience. You made the dress shopping stress free and that’s what a bride needs.

This was my 4th bridal shop and I wish I had gone here first! The dress selection is huge and they had so many options! The staff was so warm and welcoming. I went alone and the stylist Lauren made me feel like I had a friend there with me! She was so helpful and sweet and made the experience easy and fun!

My daughter and I were assisted by Jesse in finding an attendant dress -"groomswoman" - for my son's wedding. She was great at helping us find the perfect dress for my daughter. Tiffany's has an excellent, diverse selection as well. Glad we found this cute boutique ❤️

I just said the official yes to my absolute dream down at Tiffany's bridal! The experience from start to finish was incredible ? they're one of the few shops that do not require a fee to even try on dresses. Despite the free entry, the customer service was unrivaled! Paige and Lauren we're so kind, patient and enthusiastic that it felt like they were just as genuinely interested in finding my dream dress as I was. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Brides of Richmond come here first!
