I visited the store Thursday evening about 7:30 p.m. to pick up two online purchases, the gentleman at the front of the store that was keeping everything organized, the staff engaged and offering to assist me to my car, I just want to thank you for an amazing Target experience this evening. Your immediate attention and customer service really exceeded my expectations. thank you to the gentleman that helped me behind the counter. A+ customer service.Thank you!

Keith from asset protection is quite possibly the most fabulous employee in Henrico. He had helped both my boyfriend and myself on separate occasions and then just now together as we loaded up our baby’s crib. This guy is a GEM.

I LOVE Target & it makes me cringe to give them 1 star but my experience last night was crazy! I saw these cute planters & got excited about planting green spider grass in them for hair so I had to get all 3! They were even on sale! Well… 2 of them were!! Which 2? Why not all 3? Why were 2 on sale for $14 but 1 was full price for $20?!? The cashier & I both laughed incredulously at this in Target of all places! The white planter was $20. The peach planter and the brown one were both on sale for $14. So the “planters of color” were cheaper than the white one?!? What the hell!! Come on Target! I expected better! I love all 3 of my planters but I definitely look at Target differently now. Yikes!

1/5 solely because I don’t trust this Target at ALL when it comes to removing grocery products near or past their best by/expiration dates. I’ve found coffee more than a year past its date still on the shelf and just bought something else at the end of March with a bbd of March. I wonder if they store stuff to the correct temps as well.

Walked in to pick up a soccer ball we ordered online. Associates were playing with bubbles and swords. Would not help us get the ball and told us they were busy and would be 2 hours to have this soccer ball pulled. No help whatsoever even yelled at my brother in-law when we grabbed a different soccer ball and and tried to pay for the one we pulled ourselves. Thanks for nothing and wasting our time!

Who doesn't love their Target run? This store is smaller and so is the selection. Bit of a bummer. Also a bummer that their food area is almost always closed.

If you haven't been to a Target, you have likely been to a store like it. On this trip I wandered the store after finding my one item and got this lovely sky on my way out.

Teenage cashier didn’t price match after I was told it was possible. Gave me a stupid runaround when another target location did it no problem.
