States they are open but they are not. It is 12:49 in the afternoon. Drove to this mall just for this store. Very disappointed because this location looks like it has a better dress selection then Chesterfield.

Great place great dresses staff are very knowledgeable but my daughter's dresses there several times!! The prices are not cheap but not crazy expensive the quality and variety make it worth while.

I have tried this location based on the hours stated online and called the number stated on the door and was told to come to the Chesterfield location. The person who answered both calls kept stating to come to Chesterfield. This is truly unprofessional . If you plan on not being open close the store!!!! If I could give no stars I would.

I bought a beautiful dress and shoes from here and customer service was excellent...KD was very helpful and easy going. Alterations done as well with a quick turn around.

Very rude. Asked for our Ids to make a deposit. When ID was given some were from out of the country IDs. The lady attending us was rude and racists and kept questioning how the people with different ID even drove to the mall .I find it funny that these people can't even speak proper English and they are discriminating against people. Oh but they didn't care when it came to taking the money. Rude racist and unprofessional. They're lucky they're even open with the ridiculously high prices for the CHEAP material they use.

I let the store clerk know the type of event, the look I was going for, and she started picking out dresses for me - 3 of 5 were perfect.

I came here to get a dress for a wedding I was attending. I had been looking for a while and saw the 50% off sign and decided to take a look. The young lady asked me my budget was soon as I came in and asked what color dress I wanted. I wanted to look around by myself, but she kept following me around--very high pressure. She pulled a few dresses for me to try on. I guess I was taking too long because she CAME INTO THE DRESSING ROOM while I was still changing!! We went through a couple dresses and found one that I really liked. After some haggling, I was able to get the dress in my price range. The straps were too long and the rhinestone beading around the waist was coming loose so she said she'd fix it. She did NOT even measure the straps before sending it for alterations. I came back the next week to pick up dress and straps are still too big! Older lady (owner?) apologizes, has me try it on, pins it, and tells me it will be ready in 2 days. On my SECOND trip back, I try it on and it is obvious that the seamstress only did 1 side!! I tell the 2 men there, who seemed clueless, bc they normally work at the other store. He sees the issue and says they will fix it after making some BS comments on these straps being hard. I sew. I know it isn't that complicated. On my THIRD trip back to the store, I try on the dress and the strap is still a little off!! The young girl makes a bunch of excuses why it isn't right and acts like this never happens. Yeah right! I show her where the rhinestones are coming off and how one of the straps has a gap in it vs. the other. She tells me that bc it's a cheap dress. She takes a hot glue gun and tries to glue it back together. She does a poor job and acts like it's hardly noticeable. I am so upset. Poor customer service all the way through. If you want a poorly made dress and poor customer service come here. And even if it has a tag--NO REFUNDS.

This place was absolutely wonderful.. they provided my flower girl dresses and my men's tux for my wedding my mom even got her shoes from there .. there material is great nice and soft loved it... and the price is reasonable
