I used to go here all the time but I won’t return. The brush was dumping gallons of soap everywhere at a time and ruined my shoes. The high pressure wash worked fine but I had no way of rinsing because the low pressure wash was a sprinkle. The low pressure wash eventually only pumped air and when water came out it smelled horrid. I ended up rinsing off with high pressure soap and left with soap residue on my car. Wish I spent my 10 dollars somewhere else. I won’t be coming back. Makes sense why I was the only one there.

Avoid bay 5… waste of money. I didn’t realize the pressure hose is broken until after I paid.

Automated Car wash was broken, no power wash, Car was just sprayed with soap and blown dry, and no attendant to talk to (note it was after 10pm)
Was so glad it rained after I left.
Waste of $10.

The place is clean and well-maintained, and the machines are working fine. However, the DIY section lacks clear instructions regarding the cost, and the minimum price of $3 is not very competitive. I have washed my car at many car washes around the US, including Richmond, for a minimum of $1. To make matters worse, if you are busy brushing your car and miss the message that asks, "Do you like to continue?", the system automatically restarts, and you have to pay another $3 to "start" the wash. So by the time I washed my car, I ended up paying $7 and didn't even get to dry or wax it or anything. It was a rushed washing experience with a poor result. I could get my car washed hands-free if I wanted to pay that price! The blue foam also stained my clothes and my hands and didn't come off easily. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend this place unless they address these issues.

Car wash is alright, but the foam brush uses a bright blue soap that stained my shoes. So be warned, wear blue shoes.

2 bays out of service. Soap leaks from brush and turns skin and all clothing blue which stays for at least 2 days. No soap running though high pressure soap. Please sell your business to someone who cares about the upkeep.

Place is legit. Few bays needs to be fixed. Broken equipment

Avoid this place, their equipment is absolute garbage. Self service bays always have something broken and you won't know until you put your money in and try to use it. The drive thru sometimes works, but most often is either closed, or one cycle doesn't work.

This car wash is the best in town! It washed my work van and the office said that it can fit vehicles up to 90 inches in the car wash. It did great and my company even complimented me on it!

Not a car wash more like just a pressure wash on the touch free. Pretty bad for the price. Only cool thing is they give you dollar coins if you pay in cash

This is a family owned franchise. The "Best Wash in Town" is their detailing deal. I have spent a good amount more for a detailing job and received much less. They are meticulous about cleaning the inside and out. An appointment is needed for detailing. I would have to agree with their marketing claim. It is - the best wash in town.
