My husband accidentally left a drum of 5 gallon paint that wasn't tightly sealed in the boot of our car. When I had to make a quick turn right to avoid a car crash from a left turning car, paint went EVERYWHERE! He was out of town. I had a 2 year old to drop off at school and paint quickly drying. I called the closest place to me and explained what happened. Tony's daughter went into full crisis management mode and said she'd just make sure they prioritized me. When I arrived, Tony immediately saw the situation and started getting to work himself despite his employees not being there yet. I dropped the car off around 9:30am and picked it up at 1:30pm the next day. Tony sent me updates throughout the entire two days and was working well into 7pm. The cost? $500 He had me over a barrel but wasn't going to price gouge. I tipped handsomely but felt overwhelming gratitude for his kindness and great work. He and his men not only managed to rectify the paint disaster, but actually went ahead and cleaned the non-paint stuff too. The cars wheels and exterior were all polished to a shine. His generosity and kindness has won him a customer for life! There's not many people like this in the world and I certainly feel they should be supported and thrive in our local community.

I’ve generally had really good experiences with this car wash. BUT it broke the rear wiper arm off my car yesterday. The rollers/brushes/scrubbers at the back of the car were aggressive - yikes!

Had the "best car wash in town" detail and was very pleased with the results. Matt was super friendly and thorough, did an excellent job. Great customer service from Jenny as well. Very impressed.

Tony's response to my comment is patently false. Reinforces what I said about their credibility. When I requested that they honor the price or even provide me a response, I was ignored. They definitely refused to honor the quotes provided and there was no "2 year" time gap. Shameful.

Total waste of money. As I sit here still in the bay frustrated I'm writing this yelp review. It took one full minute for the soap to finally start coming out of the hose. When on a four minute timer this is not optimal. Then when I finally put it on pure water to rinse the soap off, it took another full minute to stop squirting soap on my truck. So after four minutes of wasting my time I'm now sitting here with soap still on my truck and I am not going to pay more money to get off. Waste of time and money. Get your stuff working properly. Hmm, condescending too. Love it.

Not bad for a manual car wash! There are lots of options to choose from - waxing, different pressure soap washes, and more. I had read there was a free vacuum, but I had to pay. Only 2 of the vacuums had a card reader, and they were both out of order. The vacuum only cost $1.50 or $2.00, but I had to use the "card to coin" thing and the minimum that you can get is $5.00 worth of coins. The vacuum was kind of disappointing. I only noticed after it almost accidentally sucked up one of my plastic bags, I pulled it out, and it was greyish brown with grime. IT made me a little apprehensive to vacuum the rest of my carpets with. Also, I had a lot of sand in my car, but it didn't really get much of it out at all. I'll be back, but for a wash only!
