The gas pumps were extremely slow, didn't take payment until the 5th try on a second pump. Wild to think I spent so much time trying to get it to work. Probably have my information for sale on the black web now.Then it starts pumping and I got 1.59 gallons in 6 minutes....Thank god I had a friend there or else I would have lost my cool. Lady inside was extremely pleasant. But what a freaking dump.

Only open 24 hour place I know of that isn’t open 24 hours. Particularly annoying when you go to grab an energy drink before going into work for the day only to find out they are not even open.

Chip reader on pump three doesn’t work. You have to spend extra time close up your car and go inside to get gas. It would be nice if there were a note on the chip reader that says it doesn’t work. Extra time and hassle for a premium price. That’s what you get here.

Vacum machine stole my $2 in quarters. Manager didn't care and said it's not their responsibility. The machine has no number on it so I guess my money is just lost with zero apologies or anything.

I rarely go to shell anymore, but this one and the shell further up broad toward centreville are the nicest customer service I have ever had at a shell.

I have used this nearby shell station since moving here. Very disappointed in the management of this location. Twice within just the past 7 days I have filled my gas tank here as I traveled out of state and back. NEVER receipt paper in the CC machine requiring a trip inside. Yesterday, once again….. None…AND no windshield washer in the containers. ALL OF THEM!!!!I will not return here and will give my money to a better managed location.

Amiee that runs the register was very rude watched her talk ugly things under her breath to me while I was in the process of trying to make my purchase. She is clearly jacked up on something and then yelled Hey at me after I took my receipt from her hand like I was doing something wrong for taking my receipt. Had great service here up until today!

I had a grubhub order for Dunkin' Donuts at 11:45 am on Christmas. The Dunkin' Donuts is inside of this gas station. I walked into the gas station behind another lady. We stood at the counter for a while with no one coming out. I heard someone in the office inside of the Dunkin' Donuts. After a few minutes, I said hello. And someone said will be right out. A lady came out the office, through the Dunkin Donuts and straight to the counter of the gas station. After the lady in front of me paid for her items, I then asked the store attendant if the Dunkin' Donuts was opened. She gave me a snarling look as if I asked the most reprehensible question possible. Then have a delayed no. I then said I'm sorry but I have a grubhub order that came in for this location so I had to asked. She brazenly stated that they are a separate entity. (The irony is that she came from out of the office from the Dunkin' Donuts, and it's inside the store. How do I suppose to know not to ask that forbidden question?) At that point, I asked her why was she giving so much hostility. Her reply was "I'm not getting into it with you this morning." So rude and unprofessional. She was so at ease with being rude that I'm sure the company is already aware.

My Daughter and I had been to the Short Pump Mall and after spending hours in the mall came out and started my car and the low tire warning light came on we stopped to get gas and was going to check the air in the tires when an employee named Kara stopped and help without hesitation to check out all my tires for pressure with her own tire pressure gage and help with the tire that was the issue she even used her own quarters to fill my tire and even gave me the tire gauge to check my tire if needed too on our way home I was quite worried because we live in Williamsburg and just needed to make it home save and sound and I am blessed to say we did. Kara you definitely were our Guardian Angel Im blessed that this was the gas station we stopped at. You are truly a amazing person and I am so blessed for your kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Feeling Safe and Sound at home in Williamsburg.

Bought 195.00 worth of lottery keno along with other lottery the cashier never gave me the keno tickets didn’t realize it till I got to where I was going will call in Am! They went out of there way to Help solve the issue They we’re Very Nice Called me Back Twice I will Definitely go back to this Store when Traveling Threw Richmond!
