“The person I talked to on the phone said that the unit was available and is all set. Then a supervisor calls me after the first call and she sounded like a debt collector but she called to verify unit size and everything. I show up and Brey tells the unit wasn't reserved so they rent it to someone else. She tried to get me another unit but I didn't like what I saw then she found a unit in a different location wich worked better for me. At the other location I met Kristie let me tell you she has completely change the bad first impression I had. Kristie goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care off. Thank you both ? for all your help!”

“Pricing is confusing rental for truck was 40.95 and it was in town move used right at 6 hours and had to pay 1.19 a mile fill gas tank where it was at rental so ended up being 113.00. So pricing needs to be explained more”
