Currently a renter and wanted to say a big thank you to the maintenance team as well as to Real Property Management. Their prompt response to my maintenance request was impressive, and they handled the issue with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also communicated with me every step of the way, ensuring I was informed and satisfied.

I needed my keypad battery changed. The tech was friendly. He finished rather quickly but made sure it worked properly before leaving. He even locked my door from the outside so I wouldn’t have to go all the way back down my hallway to lock it after him. Give him a raise!

Mark from Real Property Management company contacted me following my call. He was co-operative. I requested if certain fees be removed as I want to sign up for property management. He got back to me that they don’t serve mechanicsville area near exit 192 W of route 64. 3 star is only because I had to follow up Mark to know after few days that they don’t service my area.

This is our first time renting (outside of an apartment complex). Tonya, our leasing agent, made everything feel SO easy! Even now after the signing of the lease, her dedication shines through as she continues to assist us and answer our questions. The process itself is well-coordinated by management and I believe the benefits offered with these properties are well worth it. Very excited and grateful!

The payment system and meld system make things so simple , and RPM maintenance techs are very helpful and polite, punctual and go above and beyond ! Mrs. Kramer is always very responsive and polite regardless of how silly my questions may be or my crazy work schedule. I will continue to recommend RPM to friends and family

Extraordinary property management company! They're attentive to needs, approachable with concerns, and diligent in quality customer service and providing a quality product. I feel my home is very well taken care of under their management - I've never experienced a company being so wonderful to work with! It's blowing me away! Definitely recommend! 6/5 stars!

If I could substrate stars from this review I would....My daughter and two roommates have been trying since July of 2023 to get their central air/heating system to work/get fixed. They have submitted work order after work order after work order to get this resolved. It is now January with evening temperatures in the 20s and teens and they have no heat except for the space heater we have given them. They have also sent certified letters demanding help with this issue plus a few other public safety issues. They received an email two weeks after the property management company received their letter. The property management company demanded proof of the issues addressed in the letter. My daughter and her roommates supplied written, photo and work order proof within days of receiving the snide email from Jannelle B. To date they have not received any communication from their reply email dated December 4th. They are at their frozen wits end with this company.

Timely, courteous, and professional. RPM has provided my best rental experience in my 16+ years renting throughout the Richmond area. A technician named Jason recently came for some simple repairs. He thoroughly conveyed the work he'd be doing and left not a speck of dust behind, and even touched up other areas of paint on his own accord. We are pleased and impressed and grateful.
