I’ve been using this pharmacy now for around a year or more. They are always great, kind, caring and friendly! I’ve never been made to feel bad about my medication needs or any negative interactions. I’ve had one issue that was very promptly fixed and they are diligent about getting medications done quickly and easily. It feels like the neighborhood pharmacy should feel - welcoming! I have other locations that are now closer to me and I’ve continued to use this one due to how kind, efficient and supportive they are.

Im newer to trying to use this pharmacy after a good experience trying to get meds that were hard to find for a while. They are kind and incredibly helpful! Even went so far as to call my doctor to help make sure a continuation in a medication that should be filled on the holiday and needed authorization to fill early. Every person I’ve spoken to or worked with has been kind, compassionate and supportive. This is a rarity when you are a complex medical case, even more rare to have the pharmacy help sort it out so it’s less stressful and easier on me. True integrity and dedication.

We have used this pharmacy for more than a year and have always had good experiences with them. The two pharmacists are friendly and have good advice, and they never seem to have a long line. The only downside is that there is no drive thru at this location.

The lady working in the sub shop need to change your attitude with Customer I'm very disappointed today to having this type of customer service from Publix. No matter what I love Publix but never expected that type of service.

Do not try to get your COVID shot/booster here. Regardless of making an appointment weeks in advance, when we showed up for our appointment we were asked for insurance information. Knowing that the vaccine/booster is free, we still showed insurance only to be told that they cannot accept it and that we would be unable to receive the shot.I've brought different family members to other places to get their shots, all without any issues or fuss.Do not come here if you need an important COVID shot.

Grant in catering was very helpful. They provided suggestions when I was unsure, went above and beyond, and were very communicative (and helped me get all that food out to my car).

Hey @Publix— is the pen I found baked into my cake so I can write the review afterwards or…? How does that even happen? (We cleaned it off and the pen still works after being baked. Impressive.)

Amazing, charming, clean as a whistle, professional supermarket. It's not flashy nor pushy to customers to purchase items. It doesn't have a lofty attitude for me. It fits me & employees are helpful. Everyone is working! Short Pump Crossing Shopping Center is a marvelous supermarket here. Keep up the good work & thank you for doing a stellar job for customers during this pandemic. I'll be back!

Hands down the best Publix in Virginia. The deli department is the best and guess what? They always have chicken tenders when we go in there.
