I love that they called to give us a "report card" on how he did so we can ensure his next grooming session is a success. Emmanuel followed my preferences on having my pup's facial hair cut lower due to him having tear stains (Maltese) and had no judgment on the way pup looked (it had been an extended period of time between professional grooming).
