So many pretty things. Mai, our sales person was so helpful and her suggestions were spot on. She helped my husband select my Anniversary gift. Together, they picked the perfect items. So happy.

Poorly staffed and not well managed. Went in to get charms for a Pandora bracelet and waited at least 25min before getting helped. In addition the store was baking hot with the sun coming through the large windows. Once we were finally helped most of the charms we were interested in were out of stock and would need to be ordered or sent to another store. Overall not a very good location in my opinion.

I discovered this treasure through a birthday gift card.. I have been back there 3 times in 6 weeks. What I love is the layout of the store, the selection the old fashioned assistance that the employees offer. New age technology that is state of the art for checking out and maintaining your account info.Looking for the latest style that is not trendy , but chic?Look no further make Penelope your go too boutique.

This is a great store. They have a lot of options and the service is good. I feel good about the gift I purchased. the sales associate told me all I needed to know to get it registered. It was a great shopping experience.
