Dude is an absolute piece of garbage who keeps his child with him in the vehicle. Typically these situations can be quite hostile, if I was a tow truck driver just stealing people's cars left and right. What I wouldn't do is use a child as a human shield. 1106 Libbie Ave ...

I’m already at the lot to pick up my car and I HAVE TO WAIT FOR HIM TO DRIVE BACK HERE only an hour after my car got towed from a place that didn’t even have the parking rules marked well at all.Is this an emotional review? Yeah maybe.

Peaco towed my son's car after an accident. Overall they were friendly, easy to deal with, and accommodating when scheduling pick-up. If I ever need a tow, I will use them again.

Walked away for 5 minutes and BAM! They got me! I was at work canvassing in the area. I called the guy and asked can he bring my car back please! And of course he was a douche bag. I checked the other car just to be sure I was in the wrong, but to my surprise there were other vehicles parked next to mines with no tags in the widow or any permit pass to park there. Well I will definitely get my $180 back plus more in court. This was an unjustifiable Tow! The time was like 1pm and according to the sign it was NOT IN VIOLATION!

We called to have an abandoned vehicle towed from one of our rental properties. The owner of the business seemed courteous/professional over the phone. He declined the tow later, citing that I noted his business was a "1 star", which is true. It's kind of weird how a tow-truck operator has not sense of humor that the majority of the public hates tow companies, whether that's fair or not. That's my 2 cents, the guy probably runs an honest business, but he can't seem to handle a sense of humor. So, beware having any sense of humor. I'd have given him a "5 star rating", but he turned down my business a day later, so it's a 1-star.

Nobody wants to get towed, but the owner was very nice. He apologized for towing the car. The parking pass flew off onto seat (I said it's fine... It's your job). Said he would remember the car and not tow it again, knowing that I actually live here. Also we don't want the HOA stickers on the vehicles; he said that's fine he understands, and suggested an alternative. I've lived downtown for 10 years and have had nightmare towing experiences; this guy is truly the nicest.

Can't say I like getting towed, but I was able to get my car back within an hour of calling in to ask about it. The owner was a nice understanding guy who gave me advice on not getting towed in that place again.

My husband and I were out of town for 4th of July weekend. someone had the brilliant idea to schedule construction in the neighborhood and didn't tell us, but since we weren't notified we didn't move our car. Peaco towed it and when my husband called they were EXTREMELY rude to him, stated they would only take cash, (sketchy) and every day that it sat in the lot, it would be an additional $50. Their customer service SUCKS.

They only tow when they seem fit. People park in your spots and you call them and they never come

If I can give this place zero I would. And I don't know what is worse ( I know the law pretty well I have a boyfriend who works for Henrico County Police Department) and Peaco doesn't inform the police department before/ or after a tow (which is what they are post to do. And then the guy is post to come to your door to tell you that they are going to tow your car and he doesn't do that instead he sat there on the ground with bolt cutters and cut the locks off. And when my Mom went outside to prevent her car from being towed. The guy got all nasty and when Mom called about the status of the car the lady at the front office was all nasty and said that she signed it over because they informed someone that she would have to pay 185 for the tow and 700 or they would sue.and they crushed it when according to Zack though towing companies have to give you a 60 day grace period to get your car back and have to send out a letter informing you what your options are and peaco towing doesn't do that (I am also sure that have of the positive comments on here is from them. When someone from Peaco comes to your house for your car fight them the entire time.
