Customer service was cool. I didn't like that they didn't sell major name brand batteries.

I was traveling through the Richmond area and had an indication of a problem with my electrical system. The people at this store were extremely helpful. They really went above and beyond in their efforts to help me get back on the road home. I can’t express how grateful I am that I stopped at this store.
