ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I came in and specifically asked for a regular pedicure. I asked the guy if I could go look at the nail polish. He told me no and that he would show them to me.
I had a previous pedicure that was just plain white polish. He proceeded to do my pedicure and use gel polish that I didn’t ask for and then attempted to upcharge my service without consulting me.
I reminded him that I had asked him to see the regular polish and he told me I could not. He responded “Okay fine I drop it from $50 to $45”. A regular pedicure is $35.
He then proceeded to tell me because I had “gel” already on my toes he had to charge me more. Yall it was regular old polish they came off with nail polish remover.
He had the worst attitude and didn’t want to acknowledge his mistake. I was very clear about what I wanted and asked for what I wanted. He took it upon himself because he wanted to upcharge and make more money. And to be honest he didn’t even do a good job. This is was first time here and I will NEVER return after this experience.
Stylist: He was completely unprofessional and wouldn’t acknowledge his mistakes. Instead he blamed me for everything.

Ridiculous! Price listed for a pedicure is $30. They charge an extra $5 for colored regular polish. I declined the manicure and eyebrow wax I was going to get. There is a reason why there isn’t a wait.

I only gave the one because I had too to post this b.s. No ⭐ from me this place is ridiculous... I went for a Brazilian wax the lady said no wax it hurts too bad... Excuse me but that's what I asked for and I'm paying for she then tried to use a razor instead and said $100 ?lady I can do that on my own at home for free clearly says Brazilian wax $50 and I was tipping I had her stop right away and left I don't know who they thought they was playing with ? but not me

Just walked out of this place due to the nail tech having a bad attitude and not honoring the price list HE directed me to look at. When I walked in he didn’t say hello but rather “what do you need”. I should have left then. Long story short he quoted me a price that did not align with his price list posted and when I asked him if the price he quoted was the same as the posted list he said “we don’t do that”. Please stop supporting these places that don’t have honest practices and fail to prioritize cleanliness and customer service. These places only treat customers this way because we allow them.

..... I saw the reviews and decided to give this spot a try. After getting my services done here I feel so/so about this nail shop. I called and asked if they had time for pedicure (it was around 4:30ish on a Tuesday) I figured it was slow and I could get in and out. When I arrived I told them I called in and I was seated right away. There was a low volume of clientele and a few workers with nothing to do. For me the customer service was again so/so...I'm a new resident of RVA. Coming from the DMV area nail shop there are top tier so I'm use to that warm customer service, top tier nail products & more. Here is was again so/so. As this location looks nice it feels kinda "Dated" in here. I don't know how to feel about this place? It wasn't horrible but it wasn't the best either.... As for my pedicure the lady was very rough in the beginning I was almost scared as she took of dead skin with the sharp materials as several times it felt like she was cutting in my skin! I choice the basic pedicure and she did just that! It felt like she barely was touching my feet at times. (Now this would be the time she could actually be a little more aggressive with items that's not so sharp on my feet) And then AT the end they just put a few sprays of oil on my feet and sent me on my way.... Did I miss something? Do they not put lotion or mEssage oil at the end and rub that in like a mini foot message when they're done in Richmond nail shops? My feet looked good but let's see how long this will last.....

Spa pedicure 45 Regular pedicure 35 Polish change 15 I got a regular pedi and the service was horrible. First, the gentleman who greeted me when I first walked in acted as if I bothered him from whatever he was watching on his phone. "Gel or regular" is how the conversation went. I said regular and he pointed me in the direction to get the polish. I headed back and he pointed to the chair. I sat, he grabbed my legs and placed them in the water. He walked away to grab his phone and placed it beside him to continue looking at whatever he was watching. No worries, I brought a book to read myself. 10 minutes later he was done. He removed whatever residue was on my nails, scrubbed my feet with an old pumice stone (I'll have to see a podiatrist for the fungus I'm sure to get), clipped cuticles off my big toe only and did the polish. Last thing he said was "pay now". Not a thank you, not a come back again, not a have a great day, nothing. For that quick service I should have asked for a polish change only. The few times I've gone here it's the males that I have had issues with. So sorry that being a cosmetologist was their only choice. So no I don't recommend this place unless you're fortunate to get a female. Fortunately the last place I went to did such a phenomenal job! I won't skimp out on great service over a close location EVER again.

Customer service is terrible. He asks as if he hates black people. The pedicure lasted every bit of ten minutes. I had to ask him to trim my toe nails , and he got.This is my angry . This is my third visit but I want be back.Services: Polish removal

I walked in, was greeted then the guy proceeded to look in his phone. I stood there he never asked what I wanted done. I asked was he taking anyone he said what do you want? I said you never asked me. Do you not want to service me he said no I don't. I walked out. His customer service is trash and it's a shame his attitudet is the way it is. I've been here multiple times, but i definitely wont be returning or spending my money here ever
