So after calling and leaving a message, I decided to come in person as I was super excited to start my natural hair journey as soon as possible. Even though they are by appts only, she opened the door for me and took the time to understand what I was there for and even referred me to a great stylist behind them that could do my "big chop" the same day. Plus they have an additional shop that offers items such as crystals and smudge sticks. I am very grateful and hope to return.

Try to contact them by phone and never received a return call within the 24 hour timeframe as indicated when you call on Monday. I therefore went to their location and tried to contact them with no response and still no call back. Not sure how you can run a business if you don’t return calls as your voicemail messages state. Not a way to run a reputable business.

Angelique is the best when it comes to locs and professionally. Her appointments are set and she keeps the schedule. The shop is clean and tidy. Did I mention I leave out of there with my hair looking and feeling absolutely gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️

I will not let anyone else in Richmond touch my head. I moved from out of town and was completely distraught with the experiences I had with natural salons until I stumbled upon Natural Beauty Salon & Spa. It was such a relief to be catered to by welcoming professionals that now, after nearly two years, feel like family. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. I pay for quality and have no qualms with the prices. Natural Beauty Salon & Spa meets all of my natural needs!

I got stationed here several months ago and didn't have much luck finding a stylist that I truly wanted to make mine. It only took me 5 minutes with the owner, Ms. Angela and I knew I was home. She did a great job on my loc maintenance and the conversation was truly enlightening. It took me back to what a salon experience is supposed to be. Go see her!
