So my fiancée and I had a wedding to go to. (Not ours, yet ?) Not familiar with anything in Richmond, VA. This was a last minute, Friday evening, walk-in visit. She got a mani/pedi.The place is close to the airport hotels. Very clean and professional. Did a great job, according to her. And reasonably priced. If you are in town, I highly recommend.
Cleanliness: Very neat, sanitized and organized.

I have never left here with nails I didn’t love! By far the best salon I’ve been to, and everyone in there is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, they don’t even get annoyed with me when I make them soak off my sets every week or so instead of getting a fill lol

This shop has been my nail shop home for years!!! They’re the absolutely the best !!! I love that I know every time I come in both my nails and my pedicure will be done right and done with care! Ty always brings my nail visions to life he never misses a detail that I tell him I want!! This is just one of my favorite sets he’s done!!!

I can honestly say this is the best shop I ever went to I wish I can give them 10 star rating. Ty and Kaitlyn have really great customer service skills. They Made me feel welcome And she did an amazing job on my feet . She even gave me advice on how to take care of my skin as well. I love this place thank you Kaitlyn you’re the best!!

I’m only giving 4/5 because they only take cash.. but the service was great the customer service was awesome even after a customer was rude to them! Oh and they gave me exactly what I wanted at a quality price even took their time with my service even though it was close to closing when I came in..

Just left, didn't get my nails done. The nail tech was extremely rude. Claims he could not come over to the display of nail polish so I could ask him a question about how to find the nude polish because of social distance in 2024 so he wanted me to shout to him from the opposite side of the salon.

Bad customer service. Just because someone is nice does not negate the fact that their practices are bad. I was considerate to the fact that he was the only person working upon arrival. He told me they couldn’t do any debit card payments. So he told me if I went to the ATM he would wait for me and would be ready upon my arrival. I came back 15 minutes later and he still wasn’t ready. He told me it would be another 10 or so minutes. That turned into 30 minutes of waiting and then once he started the tub for the pedicure, there was no liner. So I could not get a pedicure because it’s highly unsanitary to get a pedicure without there being a liner in the tub. So I wasted almost an hour at this nail salon. And again I respect that he was working in the only one there but it’s the transparency. It seemed like you wanted a sale so bad that you made me wait but I could’ve went somewhere else and got the service that I wanted and without so much waiting. Just be honest with people about the wait time. You’ll lose a customer for good lying about how long someone has to wait versus being upfront and telling them so they can judge whether or not they want to stay!!

So this was my first time coming to this shop and I was MAJORLY disappointed. I chose the shop because of the good reviews but my gut was telling me not to go but I didn’t listen. The lady was very rude and harsh when speaking to me and others. They had no price list of services so you have to ask before starting because you just don’t know what things cost. The lady pretty much comes up with a price. I got a full set and pedicure here and I waited to write the review because I was upset when I got them done. The full set is not what I wanted to get done because what I wanted they said would cost me close to $200 for a nail design that was basic so I opted for something simple. I liked the colors I chose for my nails and toes but that’s it. The pedicure seemed very rushed because it was just 2 technicians and about 7 or 8 people came in the shop after me wanting the same. The full set by the man is uneven and after closer inspection there is no acrylic on some of the sides. I hate the shape and length as it is nothing like what I asked for. They charge for everything and the reasoning for it sounds so ridiculous. On top of all that, the shop needs a major cleaning as the floors and furniture were very dusty and dirty, paint needed a refresh, and the atmosphere was just very uncomfortable. The was my first and LAST time here. The nail shop in Walmart does a better job.
Response to Owner: Yes, I am reviewing the correct nail shop and at the time of my visit there was no pricing list on the wall and there were only 2 technicians. You had customers walking out because of only having 2 technicians. Again, I chose this nail shop based off the reviews but I did not have a good experience.
