Price swappers. They do not honor their coupons, managers avoid helping cashiers over problems. Items show full price, not on sale and when you check out some measly $2 coupon magically appears to prevent them honoring the 50% off coupons. Pity we're losing A.C. Moore to this unethical location. Can't complain to manager as I waited 25 min for them to still not come to front to see me.

The service was really good! I loved the selection of products and the people working helped me find exactly what I was looking for or at least tried there hardest :) overall really good experience!

I've eaten lunch in my car in their parking lot a few times. If you park at the back there's some trees that provide shade which is nice. There's plenty of space if you want a little privacy, though there's one of those donation bins so sometimes people pull up to drop off clothes or like an old crib or something but usually it's a pretty quiet spot. I'll definitely come here again. Also I bet if you used their bathroom without buying anything nobody would notice.

The staff, especially Brittany, was super helpful and friendly. Stopped in to have a diploma framed and she went above and beyond.

I love this Michael's store!! It's on the smaller side but jam packed with all the good stuff! I always come right when they open or at random times during the week because I imagine that peak hours would be intense navigating through that space! The employees here are also VERY nice and helpful! I never feel weird asking questions or needing help navigating the store because everyone is so willing and lovely to guide me!

I love this store!! Raquel and kim are the best!! They are friendly, professional and patient. I totally recommend taking a craft or planner class at this location. They have tons of supplies and the store is always organized, for the most part lol.

Very small yarn selection. Walmart has more yarn. Sales aren't super great, but occasionally you can score some good deals on yarn.

Michaels is definitely one of the more expensive arts and crafts stores in the area. They do have a good collection for all your crafts however I find their prices much higher than their competitors. Once I purchased two sets of lanterns and the price on the shelf was marked as $18 each. I happened to notice a small price tag underneath the lanterns for $12 each and wasn't sure which was the correct price tag. To my surprise, it rang at the register for $18. I immediately notified the employee and took home the lanterns for $12 each!

After getting to the register and the items I bought came up as regular price I had to go show the manager Melissa where more of the same where on the 40% off section. She informed me that the sale was for summer flowers( whatever that means). She authorized the discount with the cashier. When I get back to the register there's a line. By now I was definitely not spending my money at Michaels. So I informed the cashier I no longer wanted to buy anything from Michaels but I wanted to express my disappointment to the manager. She seemed reluctant to come up when the cashier called her. When she came up from around the corner she explained that she was sorry but the flowers where in the wrong place. I advised her that this has happened before to me and I discovered it after I left, never coming back to get it straight. I let her know that this is a Michaels problem and especially when the whole flower section has 40-60% off. As a customer I'm sure no one is reading the small print or even knows the difference between summer flowers and other flowers. Definitely won't shop Michaels again, I spent too much time getting excuses and not seeing her correct the problem so that no one else will get over charged. I advise everyone to pay close attention when you're checking out because it's happened to me twice and maybe more that I didn't catch. Yes I'm a regular especially getting framework done.

Everything in our new house was framed at this Michaels. About 10 more pieces from when I did my original review. Their work was consistently excellent and personalized. When what I wanted could be done without a full custom framing they were always upfront about that. I trusted all the employees who helped us here, never were pushy or tried to sell us something we didn't need.
