Terrible place to do business with. Jimmy the store manage is a thief. I was told by customer service to take my internet box for home to them and that I would be given a upgrade and only would have to pay the transfer fee. I was told 24 dollars. When I told Jimmy this he said no I had to pay 100.00 for the box and it had to be paid with cash. About a hour later after leaving the store I was texted a receipt saying I only paid 24.35. When I called customer service I was told nothing they could do. Run from this store they will rob you blind.

Always out of SIM cards, the employees act as if they are bothered by customers walking into the store to give them business ended up walking out and going to the one down the street at White oak shopping center instead

The MetroPCS on Airport Dr. was very helpful with my needs. They treat me like a person then trying to rush me out. I recommend them highly. They are getting better every time I come in. They are there for you. So go and visit them.

Everytime I have come to this location, the employees are extremely nice and very helpful. I had an issue with my cell phone and a brand new one was ordered for me right away, the girl also informed me how to avoid the $15 fee for transferring devices.
