Super bad customer service to begin with, the two who serve were outside smoking, we entered the store with my nephew, the two super pedantic young men told me if we were going to pay or buy, I told him we want him to help us with a problem on the phone, yelling at us From outside with his cigar in his hand they never helped us with anything then he started talking on the phone And we were waiting for them to help us they never helped us my 14 year old nephew inhaling all the cigarette smoke I don't recommend this place we turned around and they were enjoying their cigarette and he didn't miss his call they don't care at all about the clients they should stay at home that's no way to work

I bought a phone from Amazon for work. I called customer service and they tried but couldn't activate the phone and told me to go into the store. This guy said he could only activate a phone bought at his store. He was extremely rude. I went to Staples Mill and they activated the phone in 15 minutes. No wonder the store on Concord is empty.

Never anyone there. My friend can’t pay her bill. They go to lunch, don’t leave a sign on the door telling you when they will be back. Bad service. I wouldn’t have given them one star but had to to leave this review.

My sis and I came to get her new phone because they were out of stock at the other location. The girl here, Leydy, was slow and didn't really know her stuff. We were told by the other store personnel that they could transfer her android data to her new iPhone, but here, the girl said it couldn't be done. Not so!! They aren't trained to do that here, but it can be done. Here they only link android to android or apple to apple. So, we went back to the first store and he got the job done! She didn't know the prices and the line got increasingly longer as she helped one customer in this tiny space for a ridiculously amount of time. I suggest you go to the Staples Mill store for service. We only came here because the phone she wanted was in stock, other than that, you're out of luck! The extra star is for their inventory, and they accommodate the Spanish speaking community.

I'm gonna give it a 3 for now. I just purchased a Metro PCS, Metro Smart Hotspot. I've researched them and it's really hot or miss. I have a cell phone with Metro PCS so it combined the bills into one. I'm just not sure about the actual service because my cell service isn't always that great, however the sales guy informed me that in about two or three weeks 5G tower is being activated in my area and my service will be extremely improved. So we will see how it goes and I will do an update on the situation once the 5G tower is working. I'm crossing my fingers and toes...

went on a Sunday, says store opens at 12 of course not open, there was a sign on the door "back in 15min" after waiting, a young man walks up and says hey yall give me 10mins, then I'll be open. Really, bad customer service, Left there and went to AT&T!!

The workers always closing the store early .. 5/3/19 closed 10 mins before 8pm. Rushing to close the store & left the sign outside.. Just ridiculous ! I hope you get better workers for this business
