Needed to purchase a bed remotely for a relative. Bill was incredibly helpful, offering suggestions for how to make my Dad as comfortable as possible. Bill made the entire pricess a smooth and easy one, from choosing the mattress to scheduling delivery.

Well, this was sales experience today.
My purchase will arrive for several week ubut that okay!
The sales experience was a good one for me. I went to the store with expectation of gathering information only. I had many questions and to my surprise I got answers. There was no sales pressure! The sales person was professional in every way.
To make a long story short, I purchased a mattress I feel is a good choice for me. The next step will be how the experience after sleeping on the mattress.
I do appreciate the sales person for guiding me BUT NOT pressuring me to make this purchase!

Genevieve is a deeply knowledgeable, personable, and efficient saleswoman. I’m not sure I’ve had a much better sales experience ever in mattresses or elsewhere. Truly terrific service that I cannot recommend enough!

I went there yestrday and had a very unpleasant visit. The young man was very rude and condescending. He didn't really listen to what I was saying. I would not recommend this place.
