“Not sure why there are so many poor reviews for this store. I’ve been here several times and have always had a fine experience. I just left after dropping off a box to be returned to Chegg and it took me approximately 2 minutes! The staff member who I spoke to offered to tape my box for me, printed my receipt and I was on my way.”
