They're out of a lot of stuff. The most common size nuts #10 is one example.
There's nobody to make a key for you, nobody to unlock cages,
I wanted to buy a nice Dewalt drill combo set, but I have to go to Home Depot, which is 17 minutes away.
There were people literally trashing an aisle full of equipment and smashing products. I saw no red aprons even pretend to notice. All the employees I saw, 2 red aprons, were at the self checkout watching, not helping, just watching people pay.
I must have not scanned my tools well enough with the magnet or whatever because when I walked out the door, the alarm went off. I waited for someone to come check me and my receipt, nobody came.
This is one of those sad Lowe's that you can tell isn't going to last much longer. Not enough employees, and the ones that they do have are overworked. I really wish someone would just send more managers to this store and it could be saved.

Workers here are nice but this store is seriously understaffed. Lines are always super long at customer service, online pickup, or the registers. Come on Lowes.

Always find what I need. Website is PERFECT!! even when you are in the store you can find the exact location of the product.

I actually just quit today. Im not sure if its just this location or Lowes company as a whole. My week there was horrible. I’ve watched customers have to wait over 45 minutes to get any assistance in a department. The store is always dirty and unkempt. Majority of the workers always seem to have an attitude. I am naturally a happy person, I hate being in a negative environment. I thoroughly enjoyed the customers. As a former employee and customer of Lowes, I will no longer visit this particular store. This particular location is valuable to the area and seems more like a thrift store.

Hi on Sunday July 7, 2024 we had a refrigerator delivered to our address my husband purchased from you'll ( Lowe's ) it was delivered with care however the delivery guy creased our hardwood floors and smuggled our walls. The guy tried to argue with me that he did not do it!! What? He totally did it. He brought in the new refrigerator and set it in our family room on the hardwood floors then removed the old one. My husband told them to remove the old one first but he chose to ignore my husband and do his own thing. After more back and forth with this guy. He realized had indeed creased our floors by setting the heavy refrigerator on the hardwood floors. ( one guy then dragged the refrigerator from the family room to the kitchen ) He took pictures of the damage and told my husband he would get back with him on the following day which was Monday July 8th, needless to say we have not heard a word from him since. I filled out the survey on line sent to my husbands email however he couldn't open it on his phone so the survey indicating the damage is under my phone number. Someone need to address this issue.

During my visit at Lowe’s with my daughter and fiancée, one of the associates driving the forklift (Chris) made inappropriate remarks to my fiancée while driving the forklift down the aisle. He told her how good she smelled and how far away he could smell her scent. I was immediately shocked that someone who should be focusing on customer safety while operating machinery in an occupied aisle chose to rather make a pass at my fiancée! She shouldn’t be subjected to that type of behavior and neither should my daughter especially by an employee! I am deeply disappointed. I spoke with one of the associates who happened to be close by to gain the gentleman’s name and request to speak to a manager, who wasn’t working. I will be back to visit this location to speak with someone in charge. They must be aware of the actions of their employees. Hopefully someone with some type of integrity will respond and the correct consequences are sent down. This situation could have been much worse!

5/10/24.. Nothing has improved in customer service on the floor since the first post. The employees all act as if you're bothering them when you ask a question.
The employee who was working in an area with the washers, dryers, frigerators, etc. wasn't very helpful at all. I was looking for a replacement filter for my refrigerator. When I asked her about the one I needed, you would think I was asking for an organ. She looked at me and pointed; that was the extent of the help I had received.

No help at all! I waited for 35 minutes for someone to come and assist me in the paint section. I asked for a manager and one never came.

Went to Lowes and received help in the Windows & Doors department, Adrian and Annette were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable ladies!!!! These two ladies are what great customer service is made of!!!!! Thank you both for the information and for a non-stressful time in the store!!

Was sent to 4 different areas looking for rock salt. None was found in any of those areas. Finally we gave up. This place is a mess and not organized. It's Home Depot from now on.

This store, #2691, East Richmond Laburnum Ave., is without a doubt the worst store there is. No one wants to work and if they are employed there, they don't work.
I placed an order for same day delivery, paid the delivery fee and placed the order well before the cutoff time for said same day delivery, I get 2 texts that order was received then order has been completed. So here I am waiting on delivery confirmation that they are on their way and nothing. I get to my computer to look up my order and it was then slated for delivery the following day.
Helloooo...that is NOT same day delivery. Not sending me a message that there was the plan to deliver the following day AND charge a delivery fee...nada. If I wanted it delivered the next day I would have requested that. I needed it delivered same day since I had someone at the house that would have been there. The following day I would not. Like I am going to leave $300 worth of tools on my porch in broad daylight in my neighborhood?....nope.
Then had to pull teeth to cancel the order.
I have also been in this store many times before and do not know why I keep going back. This has got to be the worst experiences I have had. Lowes has lost my business.
I would not even rate it with a 1 star but had to in order to post.
Reality, negative stars.
