Usually stuff is very helpful and professional
This time at this location we had older lady with very unprofessional behavior just killed my mood to get a suit which we came for
I found two suits on my own after same lady just rudely walked out while we were in the middle of trying site separates
Well
Overall unsatisfied
But did get two suits for myself

I ordered a blazer on line. I got a email saying it was delivered it was not. I called the customer service and waited on hold for 30 minutes no answer. I tried online chat no responce! I am going to have to have my bank reverse the charges don't use this company.

Very helpful staff
Went with no real need but wanted to start a relationship. Purchased suit from this same location about 20 years ago that still looks great on me. I hope to add a couple more suits to my wardrobe.

If you need a suit do yourself a favor and do not come here. Mr. Wingo is the rudest and most unfriendly employee I have come across in a long time. If you are unhappy with your job then find something else. Don’t take it out on other people having a good day

Staff was very rude and the older woman helping us was very pushy for things we did not need and she never gave us a price until we asked. When we said we did not want the more expensive option she continued to try and coerce us even though we repeatedly told her we didn’t want to. She also was rushing us and didn’t seem like she even wanted to be helping us. A gentleman there also insulted the bride of the wedding party we are in and saying she was too opinionated.

Staff was helpful and friendly when I needed to pick out a suit for a wedding.
However, the tux jacket did not fit, and despite me trying it on five days in advance of the event, they were not able to replace it with one that fit. In addition, they did not communicate clearly enough about the late fee that is applied if the tux is returned more than a day late.
I expected more flexibility after paying more than $300 to rent a tuxedo.

I’m not a big shopper. Mr Wingo and Ms Olga took me in and had me fitted in 20 minutes. They found my look and even fit me into a sale price. Nice experience.

Great place to browse new items and clearance/sale items, always seem to find great pairings of clothes, colors, and patterns. I try to visit once a month, they can get busy, however, staff are friendly and helpful; good experience, recommended. ?

Decent selection. Really well put together store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is this one lady, gray hair, about 200lbs, she was the most rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Immediately when I walked in, made a rude comment towards me. It's really all about tone, and it was clear she was making fun of me. She was impatient and unfriendly. She was not helpful at all. She said she has worked in mens clothing for 30 years, but she was horrible. Didn't give any suggestions. I might as well have been by myself, and I would have preferred to be by myself than with her. If you need help finding something, I highly recommend you stay away from the 50+ year old, 200lb, gray hair, no teeth, female. Didn't get her name. Don't want it either.
