This was my first time ordering from this establishment. Based on the TV commercials I had high expectations for a meaty and hearty looking and tasting sandwich. FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!!!This is not what I received. I received a flat underwhelming turkey sub with 3 pieces of turkey and very little condiments. Very disappointing. Your subs need to resemble what is advertised in your TV Ads.. This location has alot of work to do. #Do Better!!!

Thank you for today! The young man that was helping the young lady was very sweet. I took my drinks out and said I would come back and get my food. He grabbed the bagged and literally brought it to my car for me. You are a sweet person. We need more people like you. Thank you for a great experience. I always come to this location. You have great people.

Gave this place the benefit for the 3rd and final time. 3 subs = $58! I am putting a picture of how little meat you get for $16...almost NONE. I am so fed up with Staples Mill Jimmy John's ripping people off. They just are doing a very bad job and have a ton of excuses so back to Jersey Mike's where you actually get what you pay for. Jimmy John's is the MOST expensive subs in town, their bread sucks since they took away choices and their prices are thru the roof. Try Subway, Firehouse or any other subs. Heck you get 3 times the meat on an Arby's sub! This family who lives on a fixed income is so over this crappy place with their measly portions and high prices. Never again. Hard lesson but we finally get it! Epic fail. It does come fast, but that does not make it worth the crazy expensive price for what you get.

ZERO STARS! The general manager Rico at this location is a terrible manager. He's extremely rude and insensitive. If you hate your job that much, just leave. I placed an order for delivery today at 3:38pm and I had to contact the store TWICE because it had been over an hour and my food had not arrived yet. Rico answered both times and showed zero empathy when I mentioned if this food doesn't arrive soon, I'm going to be late for work. The second time, I called, he's telling the same lie he told the first time: "The driver is on the way. He'll be there in 3-5 minutes." Ok, you said that ten minutes ago the first time I called. Once again, showing no empathy or concern for me almost being late for work. "It's not that serious" he says. I mentioned how unacceptable this is. "We had about 5-6 orders that had to be delivered before yours. There's nothing we can do about all the orders we have". How about warn your customers about the wait time and APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. All that pride and careless attitude will shut this location down. I told him I was going to contact corporate, he didn't care. My food arrived at 4:41pm. I am escalating this complaint to the highest level of management. Especially since this is not the first negative experience I've had with Rico. General manager Rico at the Staples Mill Jimmy John's needs to be coached on empathy and he needs an attitude check before he's out of a job.

This location is great! They're always super quick with the orders. Sandwiches are made consistently (I.e., no skimping on turkey!) and delicious. Plus, everyone working here is super friendly and has a great attitude.

Jimmy John's is truly "Fast Food" !It's my go to sandwich shop when I'm in a hurry and want something tasty. I love that I can order and pay directly from their app. I usually order from home for pickup, drive 10 minutes to the restaurant and my sandwich is always ready to just grab and go.The store is always bright and clean. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you enter. Theres plenty of sandwich options so there something for everyone. The bread is baked onsite so it's always fresh. This store is in the Kroger shopping center on Staples Mill road so there's plenty of parking.My favorite fast food sandwich shop!

Friday, 2/17/2023, Googled the time for this location as it was a little after 8 p.m., hours of operation stated to be 10:30 to 9 p.m., head that way got there at 8:40, lights on, workers in side, walk up tot he door, it is locked. Go back to the car and call the restaurant, no answer, called two more times before they decided to answer. I asked what are your hours of operation, person stated we are close, I said that is not what I asked, I asked what are your hours of operation, he stated 10:30-8, I said why does it state you close at 9 tonight. He proceeded to put a lady on the phone who stated she was the manager (Dejoinase). She ran this clearly made up store by me that the she (AS MANAGER) did not know what the hours of operations were and did not know that online it was that they close at 9, that “corporate” keep changing hours due to COVID. In all honesty I believe that they decided to close the store against policy so that they can take off early on Friday. In doing that they fail to realize that people depend on those hours being honored, I came a long way (15 minute) drive, got there in plenty of time since they claim they can make sandwiches so fast, only to have the store closed, had to go to nasty Zaxby’s, my night was ruin. Never again.

2nd time Jimmy Johns on Staples Mill messed up on our subs. Both had wrong ingredients. For $39 dollars I expected them to be correct and the "freaky fast" delivery did not happen. That is a l of money and I guess it is time to go back to Jersey Mikes. They don't mess up and you can get free delivery if you belong to Door Dash or Grub Hub. I usually don't have any issues with my food orders when I order from the Staples Mill location. Today, my unwhich was a hot mess and wrong. I tried calling the location number provided by Google roughly 12x before I got frustrated and drove to the location. I will admit I was not the most pleasant customer, but the team WAS pleasant, light-hearted, quick, and refunded my delivery charge. While I waited, I also called the Google phone number I had tried 12x and it never rang in the store, meaning they didn't know I had called so many times. Rarely do angry customers leave happy, but I did!
