“Friday afternoon at 3pm—I was in desperate need of help identifying new conveyor chains for a machine in our manufacturing plant, and came to Grainger because I was in need of help identifiying the most accurate replacement parts. I am new to my industry and only had a few clues to guide me. Tiana sat right down to her computer and got swiftly to work helping me in my search. We spent nearly 45 minutes comparing my photos to their stock and identifying the appropriate chain links. Tiana was so kind and patient with me, and worked with me to find items that would be available for pickup by Monday. I am grateful for the attention she afforded me in my search, and I want to share this stellar review because it is rare to find folks who are willing to take on a challenge these days, and to do it with a smile and a laugh is even harder to come by. I visited Lowe's last week, the 20th, to pick up a lawn mower and weed whacker. When I first arrived I went over to the mowers and was a little overwhelmed, I asked the two kind young ladies working the customer service (Cekema & Kenzie) if they would be able to send help over to me. Darnel quickly arrived and was more than helpful. He mentioned his knowledge on mowers was limited but helped by sharing customer testimonies for the EGO brand and helped me come to the conclusion of which mower to get. He ran and got me a cart to pull it on from outside and I was on my way after he helped me one last time with picking out a weed whacker.
Upon getting to self-checkout I was greeted by Gina. She mentioned the Lowe's CC and the advantages that came with it when making such a large purchase, with something that should last a long time, so I signed up! Karina came over to button up the process making sure I had all my new papers in order so that Gina could also provide assistance to the rest of the customers coming through self-checkout. It was an awesome display of great teamwork.
I mean it when I say I am always pleased when coming to this Lowe's. A week before this visit, I came in looking to purchase butane for a lighter and the employee working checkout that day was able to point RIGHT where the item was located. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
The employees are helpful, kind, honest, and approachable. I imagine this Lowe's must have an amazing culture to have so many great employees. Thank you for the help you've provided me with and thank you to the help I know I will receive when visiting in the future!”
“When there is adequate sales people Lowes is the go to place for do it yourself projects. Staff is always knowledgeable and ready to help. It also helps to have a Lowe's card that keeps track of your purchases and the additional 5% for business highly recommend this store”

“Whenever I need plants or gardening items, I check here first. Their prices are very reasonable and most of the time, their plants are in really good shape. They have a good selection of plants as well as foods and fertilizers. I've gotten so many plants from them that have just flourished! The only downside is that it depends on the staff on duty as to how much they know and are able to help you with the plants. If I want something and they don't have it, I've had employees at this location take the time to help me go to the website and find it, then figure out free shipping. When my mom wanted an item and the website said they had a lot in stock but we only saw the floor model, a few employees went out of their way to go looking in the back in the unpacked delivery. They found a bunch of them and brought them all out to us! Now we have a nice wood cooler for the summer. The staff at this location are very nice, their selection is really good, and they take really good care of the plants. This is my favorite home Depot, locally, and it's not just because it's right across the street from my neighborhood.”
“The Assistant Manager, Don, is beyond helpful. Stayed with my husband and I while we looked for plumbing parts that were not easy to locate. Susan in that department was incredibly helpful, too! I was beyond appreciative of their dedication to solving our problem and locating the parts we needed for our repair. What a great visit to Lowe's. Thank you!!!”

“I want to bring attention to the awesome employee working in appliances on Monday night. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her kindness and attention to customers needs should not go unnoticed. She told me her name but I'm old and forgot it lol... Please recognized this young lady for being a outstanding employee. She mentioned it was only her second day in this position, which I found totally unbelievable because of her knowledge and understanding of the products to sale. Thank you for your time and wonderful employee... She's the best I have ever encountered at any Lowe's I have ever visited anywhere.
