Worst experience, refusal to check in without optional details, and racism by other customers.

In general I don't expect much from GC. I have been to this location multiple times in between cuts to maintain current style. There is one hair dresser who does a good job and I always look for her and also have tipped her 100% half the time I went there. She was the one attending today but today I had totally strange experience.
First after checking in online I thought she would have my details, which I forgot they don't. When she tried to check me in, she asked for my address. I said I don't provide address for privacy reason I have opted out previously, at the same location and with her. I was ready to provide my phone number again but she kept cutting me off mid sentence. She didn't really hear what I was saying nor she seemed ready to listen. On top of that she rolled her yes, says its not really difficult to give your address. I asked her to register me as new customer and just take my number but she kept insisting me to get my address. This is strange behavior and I said just cancel it and I am leaving. While leaving I said this is not a Medical center that you need my address. I hope you don't need my social and so on.
After this suddenly a white couple with two kids verbally attacked me, cursed me, and the guy also called me terrorist (because I am brown and not giving my address). He would go on using F and other words that are not appropriate here. The couple did not have any context what so ever but he was on savior crusade to save fellow white lady.
Even though I am explaining that she is the one who cut my hair, she is the one I prefer always, this location I have been, and I am giving my registered number. No one was ready to listen, apparently people like me have no right to be listened to.
Worst part is, there are two staff members, one white lady that I prefer and another African american who never attended me so I don't know her at all. None of them said anything to those customers even to their racist remark and calling me a terrorist.
I have had my share of racism and I don't blame anyone. But this is over the top. Why a haircut be so difficult and prove to be worst experience so far?
I hope people like me take a note of this and make sure to either avoid this location or go when people like ones I faced today are not around. If anything management should take a note of this and make sure to train their staff.

Ana is absolutely amazing. She listens to what her clients want and make suggestions. She make sure the client is completely satisfied before leaving. Truly a wonderful and caring person.

My first visit. Quick check-in. Very nice hairstylist. Clean shop. Very good haircut. But I cannot stand having someone come over into my personal space and smell like cigarette smoke. Like she blew it near my face stink.This could have easily been a 5. On the other hand, I almost gave it 3 because of the strong smoke smell, but I admit the smoke thing is a personal peeve. So I split them and went with 4.

The older gentleman and lady were very toxic.. harassing a customer all because he wasn't wearing a mask. Ridiculous.
