Bigger store inside than I expected. Walked in knowing kind of what I was looking for, but Derek hooked me up with exactly what I needed. There were some styles I may not have picked for myself and I ended up loving them. Had great service and additional comments from other stylists in the store to help me weigh my options. They weren’t super busy since I went within an hour of their opening.
This is high-end, quality clothing. Pieces I expect to last and be serviceable in the future. I’d recommend researching their website to know what to expect with pricing before you go.

Sam was fantastic at helping me find a very difficult style and size to accommodate my look. He went through half of the stores cataloge in the process and made sure we picked out the best look for my event. Would recommend this brand since the high cost if offset by amazing quality and customer service.

I called Franco's asking for average turnaround time on a custom made suit. The clerk, Trip, asked specifically the time frame I was looking for to which I replied 2-3 weeks. He then said no and was about to hang up the phone on me and then nervously asked if I were interested in any other suits. After conversing he thought he hung up but I could hear him mocking me in the background. I was willing to drop $1-2k regardless of turnaround and instead will be taking my business elsewhere.
