Awesome experience with staff and store. Keep doing what you doing. Miss Kerri was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my feet measurements and everything that goes along with. She wrote down everything for me even friendly suggestions for shoes that will fit me the best since I am very active in different sports. P.S. They don’t sell in store hard court tennis/pickleball shoes nor soccer shoes. Thank you again. Will recommend this store to everyone regardless on age.

Excellent experience buying first ever pair of running shoes for my granddaughter. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful sales person, Ned, led us through an amazing technological process. My granddaughter felt appreciated and completely a part of the process for picking out the best shoes for her cross country needs!

Excellent Cutomer Service. Ashton was very welcoming and very attentive. According to my Fit.ID test and doctor's prescription, he was able to tell me what brand and type of sneakers I should be wearing. Ashton even asked me what colors do I prefer.The store was bright/well lit and the stock was beautiful. Very, very rewarding experience. Give them a try!!!

I love that the team at Fleet Feet is always so thorough in getting to know you and what you are looking for in a shoe and never pushy sales wise. They also never rush you and are well staffed. I have been using this store for over 10 years and will continue to anytime I need new running shoes.

I went there this past Sunday to get my feet measured and get a pair of beginners running shoes since I started taking interest in it recently. I was with my partner and my friend. My friend was also interested in getting her feet sized so she went with one of the woman who works there and she seemed very helpful to her. I wanted to watch the time to be mindful that they close at 5 and it was about 3:30-4 so my partner asked one of the other woman worker if she could help getting me measured while my friend works with the other worker. The woman he asked wasn’t with anyone so that’s why he asked but immediately something felt off about her attitude. She was standing awkwardly and looking at both of us like we had just offended her by asking for her help. She starts asking few questions like “what are you looking for?” “how many miles do you run?” etc. but each question was asked so condescendingly and so rude, I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t help but start to shut down as the conversation went on. She said she would go put the socks she was holding back then she’ll come out to help…and she never comes back. She stays in the back area where all the shoes are, comes out briefly then goes back for like 5+ minutes then goes straight to the two women that just walk in to the store to help them instead.
I have worked in service industry so I have the upmost respect for those working in retail and customer service but this felt intentionally rude. I instantly felt this gut feeling that this was possibly a racial thing. I don’t throw this out lightly because I understand how this may look but my partner and I were the only two obvious minorities in the room and she was rude to both of us but seemed to get on with the other people in the store. And I believe it’s a feeling only those who have experienced micro aggression can understand. We ended up leaving after my friend finished and my partner made a call to the store because of how poorly I was feeling after that experience. The person on the phone said they would handle it but didn’t say much to us and never heard back after which has left me feeling uncomfortable since Sunday so I decided to share this here. Anyway, I hope no one else has to experience something like this because this was one of the most bizarre situations I’ve been in.

I purchased a pair of Diadora shoes at the Fleet Feet West Broad store. The shoe selection was vast, the store was clean and I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by Kate. She was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable, pleasant and had patience while I made my decision. She made the entire experience enjoyable. She listened to my initial description of what I needed in my new shoes and exceeded my expectations finding exactly what I’d described. Thank you Kate!!! If you are interested in new shoes this is the store to visit !!!
