I can't express enough how grateful I am to have Finks as our jeweler. Finks has everything from luxury watches to the finest jewelry. You are greeted with extremely great service and even offered coffee, champagne and chocolate. Our sales rep Reyna not only made us feel like part of the Finks family right away but she goes out of her way to get us exactly what we want. If she doesn't have it in stock, she'll special order it. I take my family to shop there as frequently as I can and Reyna always makes sure to provide amazing service. We will be part of the Finks family for decades to come. I highly recommend this jeweler for any customer deserving of such service.

I spoke to Nicola and Rob over the phone who were so prompt and helpful from the beginning. The following day, my dad accompanied me to this location. Rob was welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. My girlfriend and I went to Fink’s in Short Pump as our first stop to shop for an engagement ring. We knew nothing about rings and assumed we would have to shop around for a while to find the perfect one. Patrick welcomed us in, offered us Prosecco and chocolates, and explained the entire process and educated us in the most helpful and friendly way possible. You can tell he is such an expert at his craft, but took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for. He never pressured the sale and was so accommodating with our budget. He helped us find the world’s most beautiful and perfect ring. We couldn’t have had a better experience and have found our jeweler for life!

Where do I even start? From the time I showed up, I felt welcomed and valuable as a customer. I was helped by Jerome with Nicola close by. What an amazing team! I had my mind made up on what I wanted, but after talking with Jerome, my options opened up. It was like talking to an old friend. He was patient, knowledgeable, and certainly confident in Fink's ability to deliver. Let me tell you, they did just that. I walked out of there feeling super confident in our purchase. Fink's was great experience for both purchasing an engagement and wedding rings. I can speak personally to how much they care about customers. After we had a bit of an issue with the engagement ring (a manufacturer error, not on their end), they did everything in their power to make it right at no added cost. They communicated throughout the process and kept us in the loop. With the wedding ring, they made sure to rush our special order so that it got to the store in plenty of time to ensure that it was exactly what we wanted. Hiba, the jeweler who helped us, was super friendly and engaged, and made sure to make us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the process. Couldn't recommend Fink's enough.

I recently moved to VA from the west coast and knew I wanted to start a relationship with a watch and jewelry company. After researching all of the shops from D.C. to Richmond, I decided to try out Fink’s and I am glad I did! The moment I walked in, I was greeted and met with superb service. Hiba was very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to get me the watch I wanted. She told me “if we don’t have the watch you want, we will find a way to get it.”I ended up walking out of the store with a beautiful maroon Tudor Black Bay. I could not be more happy. I recently had a wonderful experience at Finks Jewelers in Richmond Virginia. The staff there, especially my salesperson David Saller, were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my visit. What impressed me the most was that I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at the time, which made the experience very enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Fink's Jewelers and a big thank you to Alex, who was the only jeweler in Richmond that listened to what I wanted and made the effort to make it happen (seriously I want to Pretty Woman those other salespeople!). I wanted to buy my husband a special watch and was between an Omega and a Tudor. I decided that this time I was going to go with the Tudor which just offered something a little more special. I knew exactly what I wanted and left details and my contact information at Tudor retailers and other stores that "had connections ". I was surprised to receive a text several months after visiting Finks from Alex letting me know that she hadn't forgotten me and was waiting on the specific watch to come in (back ordered because it is a new design) but she had the smaller version if I wanted to see it. I came in and loved it! She said that she was going to push her Tudor rep to get her the size I wanted and a few days later it was in! I loved that she listened to me and took me seriously, and that she advocated for me. We both love the watch and when we came in to pick it up we were treated very well by the rest of the staff as my husband spent some time with the watch before the purchase. They made sure Alex received the credit for the sale even though she was off that day. A wonderful group of people and I would definitely buy from them again! Thank you! I also want to add that Jerome was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about watches. I want to add that Jerome was incredibly knowledgeable about watches and very easy to talk to.

This jewelry store is very large and very busy due to them having a great reputation. I walked in and it was very very busy. I was acknowledged when I entered and told someone would be right with me soon. I spoke to the young lady at the desk and she took care of my needs. I need a repair for my watch would need to be shipped out with an estimate of 6-8 weeks. So far I have revived 2 text messages regarding updates and what I needed for my timepiece. I really do like the text message system. They also provided me a cost for repairs prior to moving forward. I have had a great experience thus far!
