This location does not answer their phone. I am currently on hold with them while they check to see if my reservation is ready. I DROVE all the way over there for them to tell me they didn't have a car available for me. I had to call the truck center next door to get them to call one of the employees at this shop to call me. I just called four times in a row to finally get an answer and then get put on hold, which is currently approaching ten minutes. How the heck are they supposed to come "pick you up" if they don't answer the phone when you call them???

Created reservation for a car that didn't exist on site. Manager ignored us. 30+ minutes without an answer to if we had a car or not while me & my girlfriend sat patiently waiting. 1 star for letting me charge my phone since I had no car. Ended up walking to Hertz & they were very helpful in giving us a car in minutes.

Usually enterprise doesn’t disappoint me but this location disappointed twice .. been here on a long weekend and they didn’t had the car I was looking for .. the only car they had was a midsize suv which I never would have taken anyways.. there were no other options nor they are willing to give an upgrade or something .. had to go back disappointed.. always been an enterprise customer ... surely not this branch..

So I use enterprise a lot when my truck has to go in for services. I use a rental more then my own truck half the time lol. This time around on 09/09/2020 I was getting a rental do to my truck needing some services. I got a rental and maybe 10 Minutes down the road a VA state trooper pulled me. I called to reserve a van and it was so easy, and took less than 5 minutes. On the day of my reservation they had the van sitting up front for me and was in and out. Employees were really nice

Fast and friendly service. It was raining when I picked my rental up and my service representative pulled the van up to the door for me. The only issue I had was the radio did not have Bluetooth connectivity. Other than that it was a great experience.

I have been renting through USAA who provides me an underage waiver. The representative who called me informed me that was something he had never heard of and I needed someone else to pick up the vehicle. After sitting on the phone for over an hour I was able to find someone who knew what they were talking about and rent me the vehicle.

The manager was phenomenal. The cost of the Uber from the airport saved our large group several hundred dollars, especially since the airport didn't have the large vans. I highly recommend this location for van rentals.
