Tried this tax office for 1st time wast of time wait for Gilberto for 45 min and he did not show up than they transfer me to erick he file my tax and after 3 days I find out he miss with my address he added To IRS not recommended at all they just making money nothing else and Very bad customer service too

I met Eric a few years ago. My experience working with him is a pleasure. Eric is always respectful, patient, and kind. I’ve been doing my taxes return with this company specifically Eric since 2016 , never had any problems, Eric was very patient with me to explain everything he could do to help and the family, I really recommend this company the staff is great and nice ?? .

At first never reply email and phone second, I have been filing my taxes for almost 7 years, this year I was really regretted. Send almost more then 20 email everyday calls. Finally I thought let me just walk wait for 6 hours from 12pm up to 6pm. front desk very rude the one who works on weekends. Very unprofessional, specifically front desk, kept My paper for 6 hours just for signature. Never ever will go there an more!!!!!!!y

If you would like to file choose an accounting firm for you business, or would like to file your personal/business tax return, I highly recommend you this place . . .
