I've been patronizing this store for over a year now. Love their undergarments! The customer service is absolutely on-point. Their clothes ARE pricey BUT worth it. I buy garments from them over time, which works to keep the "/per trip" cost down a bit. Their 1 year return policy and maintaining of shopping transactions at the store means that I don't have to think of a receipt when I might need to exchange something. I've only ever had to return something because of sizing issues.

Their sales can be confusing. One week jeans are $30 the next $70. The associates at the registers are unpleasant. My dad likes the jeans.

This place is worth the 50-mile drive. All of their clothing is top quality and extremely durable. Their employees are polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely buy most of my casual and all of my work clothes from here.

Can be a bit pushy when trying to get you to sign up for email lists and clothing can be a little more on the pricey end but staff are friendly and clothes are quality. If you time it right you can catch some great sales and online discounts.

Thought I would never buy anything here because it was so expensive. Looked for sale prices only and in the back room there is a large clearance area. Look for additional discounts in the clearance area based on color of dots corresponding to discount.. able to get some greatly discounted utility pants. Just have some patience if you're going to look for deals. Great customer service!

Shopping for me is a fine line between enjoyable and miserable. These folks get it right. You're greeted but generally left alone. If someone passes you they ask if you need help, are actually helpful if you do and leave you alone if you don't. The jeans are perfection with just the right stretch and durability you need if you actually do stuff in them, the camisoles with a built in bra actually hold the ladies where they should be (even the bigger ones) without the need to layer, every cooling item I've purchased has worked incredibly well... The list goes on. Worth every penny you'll spend there.

Great store, seemes like quality clothing. Issue was they didn't really carry waist sizes smaller than 34.

Great place to shop for clothes, even women's outdoor clothes. Helpful and pleasant staff, clean store and huge parking lot. Best of all is quality of clothes, top notch construction and material. Take a lot of wear and last forever

I went in for a gift. I got what I needed, plus another additional charge on my card. Not sure how that can happen. Yeah the goods were nice but not willing to pay double for anything!

I love Duluth Trading and the Short Pump location just outside Richmond is by far my favorite location I’ve visited. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The clothes are great quality and last. And the company sticks behind their clothing as well with their warranty and return policies.
