Incredibly expensive for subpar service. I was charged $70 for a service that only cost me $55 at another location I've used to get the exact same service done, and it came out much better. My mother who often gets her hair done at this place and has much longer hair than me was shocked when I told her how much it cost because she was never charged anywhere near $70. Don't get your hair done here.

The only Dominican salon opened on a Monday that I could find while visiting. Jan did a great job on my hair & recommended products for my hair type. It was not busy. I did not feel rushed. I would go again.

Went there for blow outs. Just to find out they were relaxing my hair with their conditioner. My hair was natural and has not curled since going here. The lady who did my blow out had a "secret conditioner" she loved to use on me. If you cannot work on natural thick hair do not attempt to.

If you want a blowout and a blowout only. Try them out. My hair always turns out terrific - I'm in and out - quick and easy. They aren't the most talkative people, which I am fine with as I just want to get my hair done. I try to go during the week to avoid waits and it has worked for me so far.

I have been to this salon twice just to get a cut and a blow out. They have been good HOWEVER, do NOT ever go here for hair coloring. I went to get my hair colored blue on Friday March 25th, 2022 and the lady stated that would not be a problem. I was there for 5 hours!!!!!! She bleached my hair first which now my hair is so damaged and dry I can not even brush it without it re-knotting up and it is coming out in clumps. Not only did they completely FRY my hair the color is completely WRONG! it is more green than blue and you can see multiple colors in my hair! the stylist's excuse was "hair is unpredictable and you were not here long enough." which is complete and total BS! I witnessed her dump all the hair dye on the top of my head and than didn't even have enough to dye to remainder of my hair. I have very thick hair! The bad part is she checked my hair thickness and length a week prior while I made the appointment. The hair dresser then stated if I would like to wait 15 more minutes(after 5 hours of being there) for her to go to the store to buy more hair dye and she would re-dye it again(obviously that would damage my hair even more dying it back to back). I then refused. she wanted me to come back 2 days later for her to re-dye my hair. I have NOT been back seeing as my hair is so damaged I am so upset and absolutely disgusted that my hair is coming out in clumps and not the color I asked for from her poor dye job! also, not only did the lady I schedule the appointment with pawn me off to another lady working there who could not speak a lick of English and was so rough I literally had to pull my head away from her because it hurt so bad! They got dye all over my face and forehead and all over the back of my neck and ears that I am STILL trying to get off my skin and it is 7 days later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter's 1st birthday party was the very next day(which she was aware of) and I had to host her party looking like a clown with green hair! I am absolutely pissed off and will NEVER return to this salon ever again! I have attached pictures of what the color blue I wanted and the color they gave me!

The worst most unprofessional salon I have been to. The place isn't clean ,capes are dirty and the owner has no idea what she's doing regardless of whatever training or experience she claims to have. She burnt my scalp with bleach and my hair has been falling out a month after services and the color is God awful due to major mistakes made on her part and Her lack of knowledge in the hair coloring process . I hate to have to even mention this last part because it's a horrible traumatic thing I experienced and an embarrassment on the part of the owner/ stylist . Her offensive racial comments were a true disgusting display of Her Ignorance and lack of professionalism.I had two outrageous racial comments made towards me that were just out of line and out right rude! She told me that the barber on duty didn't do African American hair when I mentioned bringing my husband in. This assumption was just rude on her part . My husband isn't African American, But what should it matter if He was? She also asked why I married outside of my own culture. I was more than offended but I was in no position to defend myself as she had my hair and her hands and I had bleach in my scalp. It really wasn't a time to be defensive or confrontational . I even held off on making this review because I don't want to hurt anyone's business but I would like to Warn anyone who is thinking going into this place. If you're expecting a professional experience you will not get it here and you and you may be extremely offended when you leave. Save your money and go somewhere where you can deal with people Who have some class and couth. This was a super low grade gutter experience in my opinion. My scalp is a mess and all the skin around my head is still irritated from this experience and I will have to be seen by a dermatologist to repair my scalp damage from bleach burns!

Best blow out ever and fast, great price and she did excellent on clipping my ends, my hair is going to grow so nice and healthy, this will be my new spot for blow outs, next one will be February!

More times than not they don't open in time. Typical long wait times. Gets a bit irritating when the long wait is extended by the hair stylist having personal phone conversations, sending/receiving texts and them handling outside matters instead. But your hair will be laid when it's all said in done.

Awesome experience! Color totally covered my silver gray strands! Blowout turned out very nice. Hair is soft and bouncey! Will definitely return.
