Kindest guy working at this location Merchants Walk Shopping Center, 7552 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294 08/05/2024 at 7:30 at night. From greeting everyone when they walk in to just being sincerely kind to everyone in line. Very impressed. He even told me to “enjoy the festivities” when he noticed I was buying for a party. And also, when I told him to have a great day, he said “you have an even better day.” Just wow. It seems customer service is a dying art these days but this guy wins the award for a proper way to deal with the general public.

The cashier didn't give me the money, she said that I had already paid and I didn't pay, they would have to put responsible cashiers, not thieves.

It's really cheap and best place to buy more products whatever we buy the price will be only 1$ to 1.25$ maximum 5$ that's it not more than that maybe it's all second quality I'm not sure about that but really really worth buying for me this is the best shop for me

If you're looking for somewhere to take your child or yourself where they leave open blade box cutters throughout the store, then this is the place for you. A few months ago there was one on a merchandise shelf with the blade up, I took it to an employee. Yesterday there were TWO on a shelf within my child's reach. I took them to an employee who expressed no empathy nor did she apologize. She actually told me I could leave the store if I felt "that way" aka angry. Never in my life will I be back. Dangerous, negligent, and rude.

LOVE SHOPPING AT $tree. I always find everything I need for crafting and much more. There's always something new to look at and they have great decorations for the holidays.

They target black people… they watch everything black people do… i walked in and the manager didn’t say anything… 2 black men walked in after and he walked all over and around… the cashier is AWFUL!!! She was rude to elder black women and it was disturbing to watch! Beware!

Five stars all the way. The selection is amazing in all departments. Of course, you know you're in a dollar store so if you're like me you go in with kind of reserved expectations, and are constantly surprised at the wonderful, quality finds. This particular dollar tree in Merchant's Walk Plaza has some of the friendliest evening shift employees of any place I shop. Always friendly, always pleasant to me and more importantly, my children, when we shop there. The owner is really kind. One time my little girl was in there and he gave her a stack of 10 free school binders in addition to what she was buying. So sweet.
