An order was placed for US40, I canceled it immediately and they did not issue a refund because it was not the restaurant's fault. The annoying thing is that not even the restaurant had prepared it because the cancellation was made immediately. The most annoying thing is that customer service says that they do not refund the money and that next time they should not cancel orders, the worst thing in service

Not only do they pay their drivers terribly, they also treat their customers like garbage. It’s a ripoff and I cancelled my subscription today. Why waste money?! Just go to the store. Screw this company

Every time I get my order I never receive my drink on any order. The food looks like it was thrown in the bag. Not happy at all. Using any other delivery service than Doordash from now on. I wouldn’t waste my time.

This is a TERRIBLE company. They delivered something to my neighbors house. I never got the order. They refuse to refund me. This is insane- Use Uber Eats or ANY other company. I've bee waiting on hold forever trying to resolve this nightmare. Save your self the trouble.

Doordash was smart by adding this store it has pretty much everything you need for late night munchies. Also, GOT A FREE TOTE BAG, probably because I’ve been ordering so much from there but yes, just yes. They package frozen stuff in special packaging aswell and the drivers are better when you get from here for some reason! Thank you guys
