This is the worst pharmacy in the land! I have to make at least 3 trips to pick up prescriptions bc they are never ready. “Give us 20 more minutes”is the usual response. Calling in refills is useless. They never have them ready when promised and no one knows who promised to get them ready from the previous day. I’ve had the drive through door slammed closed in my face at closing time even though I was in line way before 7pm. Horrible service and terribly unorganized. If my insurance didn’t have CVS as my primary pharmacy I would never set foot in this place again.

The pharmacist here is very rude. Doesn’t know how to talk to people and keeps them waiting for no reason. Can definitely use some customer service training! Definitely not coming back to this location again.

Terrible pharmacy techs definitely save yourself the hassle go somewhere else. 5 employees in the pharmacy area all was nasty rude.

Went to store otw home because we had not heard about status of an Rx. Informed they were holding the Rx and did not notify us. After discussion, said they would have Rx ready next day. Went by next afternoon, not only not ready, but then they told me they don’t even have the medication. No apology. Just the fake smile and “Have a nice day.” Transferred Rx to Walgreens (where they were helpful).

The lady running the pharmacy here needs to be let go immediately. She argued with the prescription amounts with me on some simple math. I refused to purchase it and went back the next day where the next person was quickly able to see it was wrong and fixed it. The lady was trying to give me 1 month supply on a 3 month prescription. Do not go here and find somewhere else. You may regret it.

Probably the worst pharmacy I’ve used but unfortunately they are the closest to me. Closes randomly with no warning which makes it difficult when you are trying to pick up medication. They also close daily for lunch, which is very inconvenient. You would think they would plan the schedule so they could stagger lunch? Closes at 7pm when most cvs are open later. Here’s my bigger issue. You can’t call and speak to a pharmacist any longer and must leave a voicemail…. Which never gets returned. If you have a coupon, good luck! You will go through the drive thru and be requested to pull around and use the drive thru again because they do not automatically apply the coupons… and rebilling takes a good 10-15 min. The pharmacists and techs here do not seem to be overly knowledgeable and I have observed multiple mistakes/errors in filling of the medications. Just watch the staff fill the medications through the window and you can observe cross contamination, lack of gloves, and if you have a med that needs to stay refrigerated that’s a 50/50 toss up. I’m not sure if they just don’t have enough staff or it is hard to hire staff but this location definitely struggles.

The CVS in Richmond on Broad Street need to train their staff on customer service. The cashier was not helpful and acted like she didn’t want to be bothered.

How CVS is still in business is beyond me, the pharmacy is a complete joke, they try and take advantage of people constantly, constantly deny eligible coupons. Just go and stand around the pharmacy and in no time you'll see someone loosing their composure because of the incompetence of this company.
I was a customer of Walmart's pharmacy for years without any issues, but the very first time we came to CVS it was a problem, and it's a problem every time we go there, we are done with them.

Stop asking for donations outside the store as well as at check out. Im poor as it is coming to cvs
