Don’t order 5x7 prints. They are done behind the counter and no one pays any attention to release jobs. Prints in minutes means 30. Also self checkout doesn’t work

Went in to get prescription filled. Pharmacist took my prescription and then told me they didn’t have any in stock. Then proceeded to tell me that other stores in the area are busy as well and “good luck”. Would have been helpful if he could have looked to see if another store had any in stock instead of just sending a sick customer on their way. Won’t be going back to this store.

UPDATE: Nik (Pharmacist) has been helpful in resolving my most recent issue. If you must go with this pharmacy location, see Nik.This pharmacy location is the most unreliable I've ever encountered. Frequent errors and miscommunication. For something as important as people's medical health & wellness, I would expect more than subpar ability and customer service. Not worth the headache to utilize this pharmacy so I'll be switching.The actual store is great. Always stocked, great customer service, etc.

Went to return heavy box, when a young lady and a guy asked me to take it to another place for return since they can not read the QR code from phone. No further help!

Terrible business practices. Pharmacy closed on Sunday with no notice and my wife’s prescription can’t be transferred to another location. So basically her prescription has been filled and is sitting on the shelf yet we can’t pick it up because they decided to be closed today. Will not be using this CVS again and will start using only the 24 hour location if even use CVS again. Very disappointed.

Store employees are great! But talking to the woman that said she was the pharmacy manager was the worst experience I ever had with any pharmacy ever. Was rude, abrupt, and condescending. I transferred pharmacies just because of this person.

I get a text notification that the prescription is ready but a lot of times it is not ready.I switched from the Cox road address to this one.Since I have Anthem as my insurance I'm forced to go to CVS since they are both under the same corporate umbrella they have decided to make it more expensive to go anywhere else.Not sure how they can do this seems like it would be a monopoly in some way. Politicians at this time are more loyal to corporations than to voters I'll just go along with it for now

My main pharmacy didn’t have my medicine so they said I could a prescription transfer. I went to this CVS because I use to come here for my prescription. I went around 10 am to get my prescription transferred. My first red flag was the young lady asking me when I needed it filled. I’m explaining to her my symptoms and how I need my medication ASAP. 5 hours later I call because I hadn’t heard anything and wanted an update. The young lady says let me ask the pharmacist she gets back on the phone with me and lies. She says oh the pharmacist is on hold with your pharmacy right now to do the transfer. I immediately hang up with her and call my pharmacy, I’m literally on the phone with the pharmacist and she’s like no one has called about your prescription transfer. I said they said they was on hold with you as we speak. She says there isn’t anyone on hold. The only person she talk with was me. I believe her because I work for the company and she was trying everything in her power to get me my medication but it was sold out there. CVS is trash.

First problem. Box containing colonoscopy prep had been opened. Told to bring back for another. Upon arrival was treated like I had opened the box myself even tho I had not. Second problem. Went yesterday to pick up 2 medicines that were ready. Upon arriving home, had only been given 60 day supply of one med instead of 90 that I had paid for. Was told to return for third bottle. When arrived, young lady closed drive thru window while she and pharmacist discussed matter. Then gave me the bottle. I was beginning to think I was the only one this happened to until reading reviews. I don't like being treated like a liar because of someone's ineptness in filling prescriptions. The irony? This medicine comes in bottles of 30 pills from manufacturer. Only had to put 3 bottles in the bag for 90 day supply and couldn't even do that. This place has gone from decent to really poor. Will be looking for another pharmacy.

Juliana (sp?) helped me find the product I was looking for even though they had rearrangedthe first aid section. She was very knowledgeable about the selection and asked me the right questions until I found what I needed, thanks!

Pharmacy has been closed for 2 days - meds filled but just sitting there and can’t be transferred and can’t find reason why! Poor girl up front has no idea and no one knows. I hear staffing shortage but what are people supposed to do? Closed with nothing on voice mail —- I feel sorry those that need life threatening meds!! What is going on??
